About Bordelaise

Bordelaise Tooting is a charming French bistro specialising in innovative dishes predominantly from South West France. Relaxed and warm, this London spot has got locals buzzing over its menu that’s home to some of the most delicious French dishes going. Think duck confit pie parmentier; baked cod a la Bordelaise and flat iron steak – that one is best when served with the beef-dripping French fries, trust us. Whether it’s for a special celebration with your best friends or a romantic meal with your loved one, Bordelaise London should be at the top of your list. Located on Broadway Market, this is popular with Londoners for very good reason so booking ahead is recommended to avoid disappointment.

This place was a total gem - we took our two kids to celebrate their grandfather's birthday, and everyone agreed it was our favourite spot in the market by far. The service was incredible, as was the food, and it was fantastic value for the experience. Wouldn't hesitate to go again, and recommend to everyone.

The food was good if a little lukewarm as opposed to hot but the service was appalling - slow, with a rude waitress. It’s cash only and there’s no sign; no one bothers to tell you either it’s just in little letters on the bottom of the receipt.
