If you have some more time to peruse the menu, you’ll find impressive mains like lamb shank cooked with red wine and rosemary or marinated and slow-cooked pork ribs. Broth3rs is also a great spot for a special breakfast in the centre of the city, with a hearty Scottish fry-up offered alongside tasty omelettes and special dishes like Scottish smoked haddock poached in milk and served with a soft poached egg.
