The food and service were great. A special thankyou to Alex - attentive and friendly.
The service was second to none, fromlsuch a friendly and positive waitress. The carbonara was delicious, one of the best I've tasted. I havent been to Browns for a couple of years, but I wont leave it as long before I go next time
Arrived for Sunday lunch at 5.15pm. Told there were no Sunday lunch options or fish and chips. We managed to book another restaurant and when we explained, we were told it’s because they had run out of Yorkshire puddings.
As always, excellent atmosphere, excellent food and excellent service. Thank you.
Brilliant service, all staff really helpful, welcoming and friendly. All of the food was delicious too, especially the fillet steak which was cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend.
Attentive staff. Good variety. Well spaced tablespoon . Variety of food
Food fantastic service great what more can I say fabulous
Good food and pleasant staff , much better than our last visit, which was very poor on all counts.
Too noisy - table booked for 1.30. Screaming small child close by
Exceptional friendly waiter service food was very tasty no complaints at all
Food had been spoilt by intensive flash heating. Dangerously hot and surface overdone. Shame because content was good and service very good.
Staff were pleasant, lovely surroundings but portions were on the small side for the price.
We went to the restaurant for a pre theatre meal expecting it to be fairly quiet as it was a 5:30pm booking but the place was pretty busy and the atmosphere was great. The table staff who dealt with us were very friendly, attentive but not overly so and the service was very efficient. Overall it was a great experience, not too expensive and would recommend to anyone.
Service excellent. Food very tasty, Only one disappointment, there was no alcohol free wine. There are many available in supermarkets, so there is no excuse for a city restaurant.
Food very good as were the drinks. But the waitress customer service level was not great. We had to remind and chase for the next course
Great service. Tasty Sunday Roast and great wine. And the atmosphere was right up my street.
Good food, the set menu was good value for money.
Our wonderful blond waiter with the ‘prit-stick’ tash was super helpful, efficient and friendly.
Great food and great service. Our waiter was excellent, knowledgable about the menu and friendly. We did feel that the restaurant was understaffed as it took a long time for the order to be taken and to get any attention during the meal. Compliments to Martin who was excellent once with us.
Great venue with nice atmosphere. Staff very pleasant if somewhat distracted on occasions. Food lovely
Really nice meal. Food was just what we were hoping for. Great service and atmosphere. No feeling of being rushed. Will be back soon.
Really attentive staff made the meal lovely for my newly graduated son
Fantastic , thank you , food was delicious and our waiter was great. 5 stars
Food was great and variety of gluten free options. Service was good
Friendly service, though place was busy attended to timely Good food Will come again
Food and staff were very good, however there were some noisy children who were in a large party, that were not kept in check and who spoilt things for other diners
The place was very nice. Service and food was great. It was our first visit to the place and we were happy
Good food good ambiance and good friendly staff greeting you
