DESPITE THE MISERABLE WEATHER WE REALLY ENJOYED THE AMBIENCE AND THE HAPPY ATMOSPHERE THROUGHOUT THE CRUISE.

A great way to celebrate on our 33rd wedding anniversary.

me and my mother loved it! my mum had always wanted to experience a canal cruise and it was everything she wanted and that means alot to me. it needed to be perfect and it really was! the staff are awesome and could not do enough for their customers, the barge was amazing, so clean, relaxing and such a great place/atmosphere to be, we could of stayed there all day. the decor is so pretty, modern and chic, it was perfect! the only suggestion i have is maybe more food, a small warm tin(like half a pint size) with abit of battered fish, 3 thick cut chips and peas or chip shop curry would of gone down a treat, iv had this on other afternoon teas and its really an excellent touch, please offer it and just thank me on my next visit haha me and my mum are already planning our next cruise!! p.s. i called ahead (with very ittle notice) to ask if they could do a little something as it was my gift to my mother for her 60th and with the little notice they had they still managed to pull soething out the bag, thanks you so much for a wonderful time! see you again soon! The food tasty and well presented. The staff cared for our every need. The boat is lovely. The actual trip is boring and dragged out. It was better when they went through the locks. More interesting. Hope they can go back to doing that soon

It was a lovely experience.The food,service,atmosphere,it was all good.This was a present so was in the evening and it went dark soon after we set off,so if we were going again at this time of year we would maybe choose afternoon then we could admire the views.

It was a nice afternoon out, glad it wasn't really sunny, as the boat was quit warm.

This afternoon tea canal trip was a really lovely experience. The boat was warm, comfortable, and the tea beautiful with scones straight out of the oven. The staff couldn't have been nicer. I've already recommended it to friends and family

This was a great meal with brilliant atmosphere and well worth the price I paid.

Food was very tasty, good menu choice. Drinks choice and price were good. Music was of for me the wrong choice, I would have liked more relaxing sounds. Service from waiter/waitress was excellent. Bit too long of a time gap between courses.would recommend and revisit.

Had the tapas evening, absolutely amazing, had a great time. The food was plentiful, hot and tasty. Very spacious and exceptionally clean, with lovely little touches of fresh flowers and proper tablecloths, even a personal fan on each table for very hot days/nights. Service was great, lovely staff and was made to feel very welcome. So relaxing, never been on a barge before. Would definitely recommend, will be booking again, would love to try their afternoon tea or Sunday lunch. Well done to everyone behind the scenes such as the cook and of course the driver of the barge.

We traveled over from West Yorkshire and found the directions very easy to follow, it took just over 1 hour to get there. The car park was very busy but we managed to get a space. We were celebrating our 40th Wedding anniversary by having Sunday Lunch onboard and a bottle of bubbly, very nice. Overall we had a very nice memorable day.
