Carluccio's - Beverley

We were a party of six and wanted to use a voucher for 50% off mains. We found it quite tricky working out prices with the discount and having add ons with drinks and dessert. However, our waiter was brilliant and dealt with it very efficiently and pleasantly. Full marks to him. Jenny Clatworthy

My partner had carbonara as she doesn’t like spiced food for some reason carbonara was spicy think bacon was maybe cooked in chili oil ?

We all enjoyed our meals, although I was a bit disappointed as there wasn’t any sea bass left.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating couldn’t ask for better service and the food is always amazing. Such an amazing atmosphere whether it’s just for a coffee or for a bite to eat , highly recommend .

Greeted by pleasant waiter and shown to a table by the window. Although restaurant was extremely busy our order was soon taken. We took advantage of the 50% off mains offer and as a result felt the whole meal was good value for money.

We arrived virtually at last serving on a Sunday night, so the restaurant was nearly empty, and atmosphere was understandably quiet, apart from the pleasant music soundtrack. The attentive service was excellent, and the festive menu that we shared proved to be a good selection. We'll go again.

I was excited to try Carluccio's after heaving good things. The staff from beginning to end were all absolutely lovely, welcoming, accommodating etc... coffee was delicious I had to have 2! Slightly disappointed by the pastries... they were flavourless. My parents recalled them previously being very buttery and rich, almost luxurious, but we all agreed these were lacking. Still, very edible and generous portions, we happily ate them it was maybe just my standards being too high after hearing many great reviews! In terms of noise - music level perfect. Also accessibility and space for disabled guests is exemplary - the staff without question allowed us to choose our desired seats rather than putting us anywhere.

The restaurant is amazing, a modern clean interior design, fantastic food, and fantastic staff. Carluccio's is my only choice for eating out in Beverley. The restaurant is normally quiet, but during my visit on the Friday evening of Christmas Market weekend, the noise levels were high with a couple of large groups out for a party, but of course, Beverley on a Friday evening becomes a (higher class) party destination.

Lovely meal with friends, the only issue was that you sat all the customers in the same place so noise levels were high, it wasn’t particularly busy so you could have sat us all apart. Other thank that it’s was lovely.

I was very disappointed to see that the menu had been changed drastically. There wasn’t any fish on the menu, only one choice of salad, and the chicken that I chose was a bit like eating a school dinner. This was our go to restaurant but after last nights meal will not be going for a while. Hopefully when we go again they will have changed the menu!
