Trying carluccio’s for the first time, Recommend by friends of mine enjoyed the food friendly staff excellent service. Down side ask for small bottle of sparkling water only to be told we only serve large bottles.

Another positive experience at Carluccios. I visited with a friend for drinks and a light lunch. I had booked a table as I always find this venue busy. The service was very good and the staff are always friendly. Will definitely be back.

Underwhelming. An hour wait between first and main course. A cold pizza with very salty parma ham. A goats cheese salad, thrown together and drowning in balsamic. Very disappointing.

Bit noisy. Busy, but also music a little high, so difficult to hear the conversation at times. Would suggest music volume is kept low at busy times Food good though. Christmas menu good value but drinks expensive.

My daughter is dairy and egg intolerant was not allowed to remove the dairy from from a meal she wanted to order and there were very limited menu options for her. Not a great experience. The waiter was very helpful, but the company’s crazy policy caused these issues.
