Carluccio's St Pancras is a haven of quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the station. I often use for lunch meetings and my fellow diners always say how lovely the food and ambiance is. The staff are all lovely people to, they always have a smile for customers – some I value greatly. Keep up the excellent work.
Food OK, service a little slow because of staff shortages but services worked extra hard to make up.
It was a wonderful evening and Vlad our server was very attentive!
Drinks supplied promptly. Starters and Mains followed. Delicious. Waiter was charming and worked hard in the busy restaurant.
Terribly slow service given the place is half empty and past the lunch rush hour too
Quandoo is closing down. This is a planned, phased process and our platform remains available until 30 September 2026.
Service was poor! Waited 15 minutes just to get menu!
Loved the ambience and menu choices. Attractive venue. We waited a long time for olives and delicious bread to arrive and then hadn’t finished when main course arrived. It was very tasty too. Waited long while for dessert menu to come. We chose sweet treats with hot drink.Wish we hadn’t as donuts were more like soggy dough balls. Didn’t eat, only ate filling. Requested fresh mint tea and told sorry no fresh mint, would we have peppermint. We said yes but it did not arrive at same time as sweet treats and had to ask where tea was.! A shame as the ambience was good but tea had been left standing waiting be sent to our table. Disappointing as I love Carluccios!!
Waiting staff very friendly, food very good, heaters over seating outside nice touch
Very friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere, not too noisy. Comfortable seats. Food was good quality, interesting and tasty.
Great food and service. The Mothers Day menu looked great
Good menu, nice food, excellent service, good value for money
A great place for an unhurried lunch with ex colleagues. Good food, good wine and lovely staff; what more do you need?
Hani looked after us very well. Food was very good
Lovely food and great service. We had an enjoyable visit.
A mums and daughters day of laughter and fun …carluccios was a perfect place to lunch. Great food, lovely atmosphere in a great location.
Great service, delicious food, nice atmosphere We would visit again
There was 1 vegan main.. pasta with a spicy sauce.. that was it. Why such a basic dish & why hot? No veggies? The desert was only sorbet too, frozen, flavoured water. There are so many beautiful chocolate vegan dishes that all vegans would love. We vegans check menus before we go to see what there is to eat so you are 100% losing trade with so little on offer...
Excellent to accommodate 12 of us. Easy to book, special requests I.e high chair were catered to.
A chance to meet our London based daughter while we waited for the train back to Brussels, in much greater comfort than the Eurostar waiting room. The girls loved their chicken burgers and steak, respectively. Service was excellent and fast and the wine delicious. What better way ro spend a wait?
It's fine. The venue is the main thing. It's very transactional. It's like an up market Zizzi. The food was good. I had a vitality voucher. If I paid full price, I'd question the value for money. But I'd still recommend the venue and the Vue.
Good service and clean. Very convenient. Easy access to restaurant
Very good service and we had a nice quiet table. Good variety on the menu but I feel the quality doesn’t quite match the price. This is perhaps because the location is so convenient. Nice food but I think a little overpriced for the quality.
Sadly not good. Service very poor. Didn’t get a drinks order taken until we asked after 15 mins, ended up ordering food and drinks together. Then took so long to get food that we cut it from 3 courses to 2 and left pretty unhappy.
The staff were lovely very helpful. Food was very good and the atmosphere was perfect.
customer service was amazing would dand food was presented well and tasty
Pleasant but expensive with the risotto ai funghi not discounted as offered by e-mail and portions modest. Staff efficient and restaurant attractive with very good wash rooms. The Reading Carluccio's is better. I will not be returning to this St. Pancras branch.
Warm welcome from the staff. We were shown to our table quickly despite being busy. The chicken saltimboca meal was generous and tasty. The pappardelle with beef ragu was tasty but I only found two tiny pieces of beef in my portion.
Always try to fit in a visit to Carluccio’s at the end of a trip to London, although this was the first time I booked as I had the grandchildren in tow, and preferred sitting indoors. Good food, speedy service (which is their USP as it is at a station and people have trains to catch.)
Very much enjoyed the occasion with our grandchildren this evening.
Tables more spaced out is much better. Service and food were really good, a pleasant surprise. Would definitely return.
We appreciated being able to spend time - we were not rushed at all. All was good, particularly the service
Service was really good. Staff are lovely. However , the sea bass was mediocre, the ragu sauce with pasta was bland but the pizza was good. They replaced the first pizza we ordered because it was burnt!
Great welcome and the service was excellent. Our Confit of Duck was only average, a bit Luke warm and not crispy. Red wine just was tasteless. Green beans were very underdone. Excellent wine choice and not overpriced for London.
We enjoyed the food, but the restaurant was too warm and we were seated too close to other diners. Felt uncomfortable and just wanted to leave! Such a shame
All very good And nice and service just a little slow but right there when we called
Lively experience with no pressure to rush. Staff attentive and friendly.
A very pleasant quiet location with helpful staff. Service was quick and efficient. There wasn’t a large choice for set menus but every dish we had (there were 4 of us) was good quality. Perhaps the duck was rather overcooked. Wines were excellent. All 4 of us said what a good choice of restaurant it was.
Good experience. I had the seafood linguine pasta which was lovely
Busy restaurant early in evening. Good service from Torino waiter. Food was piping hot and a good standard. A shame that there are not many Carluccio restaurants outside London
Amazingly good quality £9.95 pasta giardiniera. Fresh ingredients and very tasty. Lovely friendly waitress.
lovely busy place but great food and very convenient too
Vlad was very attentive & helpful. Food was quick & hot Ideal spot before catching your train home
Really enjoyed the relaxed and friendly nature. The set meal options were good and the food & wine delicious. Knocked 1 star off as not keen on the unisex toilets.
Great food and service Better table when we moved further in as cold by door Pity the disabled WC was out of action
Great food great service great price. Nice setting in the station . Helpful staff.
Amazing service, staff very friendly and patient with the 4 of us chatting and catching up that we were rather slow in choosing our food. We had a great time.
great food, one pasta and one chicken dish. service friendly. great location.
Lovely food, friendly attentive waiters. Took advantage of the 50% off deal!
The service and help from the staff was very good, unfortunately the food was not. While the pizza was acceptable, the ravioli was tasteless and the bruschetta very poor - freezing cold tomatoes and no dressing. A shame as on a previous visit the food was good. Need to up the game on food quality to match friendly, helpful staff.
Good service and good value. It is easy to get there
