Although my scores are low I do recognise that this is a tough time of the year for restaurant staff. However, I won't be going back to this particular venue - cold, and poorly designed.
Told there was no pizza after we had ordered drinks and had a child with us. Ordered mixed bread and oil wasn’t available offered garlic and cheese bread. No oils. There was no broccoli or fresh veg on offer just salad. I appreciate it was just after Christmas but it would have been nice to have been told before we had settled down and ordered. The staff were very polite and helpful.
Good food and fab service. Great place for a relaxed meal with friends coming from different directions
Great service and food will go again somewhere in uk
My one criticism would be that as a busy restaurant you really can’t have a toilet out of order, especially without even having a note advising the situation. One toilet for everyone in a restaurant that size is not adequate
The team were very obliging and lovely. We sat there for over 3 hours and not asked to move allowing us to have a fabulous Christmas catch up.
Came for brunch before catching my train. Not végétarien but had the vegetarian breakfast. Lovely grilled courgettes and sautéed mushrooms. Exactly what I wanted!
My niece & I travelled into London to see a show. We lunched at Carluccio’s at St Pancras and, although our time was short, the food was wonderful and the staff were lovely.
Food good as always and service especially helpful and friendly!
We had a lovely m albeit good service- unfortunately we were not allowed to use our Meerkat 25% discount as we had chosen from the set menu; if this had been made clear before ordering we would have chosen differently.
Great waitress good drink delicious food all at a reasonable price.
The food quality was really poor. Very little care in the food prep and low quality ingredients. Served on dirty looking plates. The service however was very good and the manager dealt with our comments extremely well and professionally. We won’t be returning, but do thank the staff for how they acknowledged our comments at the time and were very pleasant.
We arrived very early, not a problem, we were seated immediately. Nice room good table lots of room. Busy but the service was good. The food was good too, flavourful, ample portions.
Lovely food and excellent service, regular visitor. Definitely to be recommended.
We ate at the restaurant on Saturday. The meal was good but the service was rather slow.
Decent food, prompt and friendly service, average price for London.
Really friendly and attentive staff. Not too noisy. Highly recommend.
Lovely staff and good food. Value for money. So glad to see this restaurant reopened in London.
Lovely place at the station Nice festive menu - had the scrumptious crab and prawn saffron risotto followed by a light pistachios tiramisu
everything was ok, not amazing but nice I would return
One end of the restaurant was very, very cold and I was told nothing could be done about that. I was then moved to the other end of the restaurant when a table was available, for the lunchtime meal I had with colleagues.
Great staff, amazing seafood linguine, lovely atmosphere… will pop in again
The service was non-existent (it wasn’t busy) and the food mediocre. I have fond memories of Carluccios and we were disappointed.
We had the Festive menu which was very good. There was a good choice of dishes and the food was very tasty. It was good value at the price. The service was very efficient. The only criticism was that there was a limited choice of wine on the evening we were there.
Good food , friendly staff and pleasing environment. A great spot in the lovely festive St Pancras .
service very good . majority of the food was good , but the squid was chewy. But this didn’t alter our good experience .
Amazing food and very prompt service. Very convenient location too
Our waitress Florencia was very attentive which enabled our group to have a good experience, without rushing us at all.
Great food and well priced. Very friendly staff - particularly the welcoming and friendly Pandelis. Nice environment.
The food and service were good but it was so cold in the restaurant. The air conditioning was blowing out cold air and the server could not do anything about it.
It was a real loss when our local Carluccio's closed some years ago to be replaced by yet another burger joint. So it was a real pleasure to see some old favourites on the menu at this restaurant. Plus, the waiter was great and really helpful.
Thank you very much for food and service - excellent
Helpful staff. Disappointed with the main courses ordered. Small portions and poor quality. The food used to be excellent. Probably won't go again.
Second time we have eaten here. Food very good [I had the chicken caesar salad] , staff very friendly and efficient, nice atmosphere. Would recommend
Good food. All staff very attentive. The whole afternoon was a very pleasant interlude.
Our waiter was exceptional: really couldn't do enough for us and genuinely cared that we enjoyed our meal. Pizzas were yummy.
Great relaxing atmosphere - service sometimes relaxed too. But they were busy.
Very crowded with tables close together. No Pinot Grigio so order a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. Turns out none of that either. Given a glass of white and a glass of red out of the blue. To be fair they didn't charge for the wine. The food was okay but nothing special.
Perfect quick and delicious meal while waiting for our train.
Room was a little chilly. Food was ok staff helpful.
Main course came out too quickly after starters need a bit of time please
We were early but the staff were very welcomng and we could stay as long as we liked. The chicken however, was tough and not very pleasant - starters were OK - but just olives and bread - desert ws Ok. We really like the atmosphere but think you could improve your food offer.
Just popped in to break a long journey so didn't have time to sample the menu in much detail. I had the prawn dish which was light and delicious, and a small white wine. The waiter was helpful and polite. Would recommend.
service wasn't great at all, food was nothing special and couldn't even give us the correct cutlery or black paper despite us asking
Excellent service very nice food thanks very much good night
Table spacing inside rather tight. Good good Too few ordinary WCs
The food was very good and the service was great
Three of us ate lunch at Carluccio’s St Pancras on Saturday 11 October. The staff were very helpful and took great care over one of our group’s tomato allergy. The restaurant was quite busy but they didn’t rush us. The food and service were good, prices are reasonable for central London, the outside terrace area is very pleasant. Many thanks!
A reunion with school friends. We were there for 3 hours and not hurried by friendly staff. Lasagne, carbonara and chicken all nicely cooked.
Good food and excellent service, would recommend a visit. Thank you
