It’s restaurants like this that Clydebank needs – bold and innovative. Casa Italia is a fantastic example of a neighbourhood restaurant just north of the town centre and west of Drumry that has managed to establish itself as a crucial part of the community, taking over a former church and creating a shrine to the cuisine of the bel paese, especially the time-honoured, southern Italian recipes handed down from ‘Mamma Lillo’ to talented head chef Domenico Lillo and his expert kitchen staff. Winning many accolades from Glasgow’s foodie circles, Casa Italia is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, as well as fabulous celebrations and private dining events with buffet or bespoke menu options allowing for larger groups.
Good service lovely food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and that wasn't a problem we were seated and had plenty of time to eat our meals and be in time for the theatre.
Beautiful inside, great service! Staff very welcoming and helpful! Food delicious, will definitely be back. Great selection of food and drinks, only down side was that it was absolutely freezing inside so sat with my scarf on all through my meal!
Food was lovely but had a very limited menu and the prices were to much for what you got on your plate, it was ok but I won't be returning anytime soon
