Thanks so much for a lovely evening, I brought 5 guests from different parts of the UK to your restaurant and they were more than impressed 👍🏻 The food was amazing and the deal ‘wine Wednesday ‘ made their night... two are coming back to Liverpool v soon and intend to pop into The Castle Street Townhouse again Thanks so much Lisa
Excellent customer service especially from the lovely waiter, Dylan! 👍
Enjoyable evening. Staff were attentive. Food very good. Excellent value.
Great service, lovely food and lovely surroundings. will definitely return.
It was a good experience, service was friendly but professional and we enjoyed their company. The food was even better all had to clean plates and the cocktails afterwards were wonder. Was a bit lonely but what do you expect On a wet Saturday afternoon in a popular venue. Looking forward to our next visit
Really nice ambiance, the place and service was fine, just a little disappointed with the portions, it was quite expensive, my mum ordered the fish stew and only had one potato in it, wasn't a lot really for the price, I ordered the feathered beef, the dish itself was tasty enough but I only had a couple of green beans, and a small bit of mash, shame really, just need to up it on the amount, overall, nice place, tasty enough food, just not enough.
Food was nice although I was expecting “proper” chips not french fries for the money! Service was a little slow (waited over 10 mins for our drinks) and gave up waiting to order a pudding. This being said we would go back for drinks in bar as the guy singing was fantastic on Sunday!!!
Good service, let down by food. 2nd visit, 1st time excellent, this time food not so good. Stale sourdough bread with oils, then steak salad awful !! A few limp pieces of little gem lettuce, with radish and a load of cashew nuts ! Also £28 bottle of Prosecco tasted just like cheap bottle of sparkling wine, so all in all £67 total bill was not worth it
First visit to this lovely restaurant and will definitely go there again. Staff very friendly and approachable food was lovely and we were made aware straight away items not available and alternatives offered.
Came for my boyfriends 21st breakfast safe to say we where pleased with the service. Didn’t catch the waiters name but he was lovey and very helpful and answered every query perfectly. Thanks
