Second time visiting, great place and will definitely go again. Marked down 1 point as the steak wasn't very hot. Staff are very helpful and friendly

Restaurant was very busy , with a great atmosphere . Unfortunately when first arrived wasnt as great welcoming as expected. Handed cocktail menus and had to fend for selfs at a very busy cocktail bar. No mention of when table would be ready or to find a space at the bar area. Had to wait 10 mins at bar before acknowledged for drinks and 25mins to me seated. On a positive note , food was great, cocktails where very good and enjoyed the buzzy atmosphere. Only down side was service was slow and in some areas lacked attentiveness . But restaurant was very busy and we were booked in for peak time on a Saturday night. Will come again on a less busy evening .

Under staffed slow service although the food was good and the staff were polite helpful and apologetic for delay in service Good for a hen or stag night

The staff rushed us the whole time we had our table. I dont feel as if 2 hours is enough time. The cocktails where great though.

Food is amazing, best steak I have had in a long time, cooked perfectly! Staff are lovely. It was friends birthday and they couldn't be more accommodating! Would recommend and definitely will be returning!

A relaxed and delicious meal that all four of us enjoyed. Service was excellent, plenty of choice for my two teenagers and lovely cocktails - a great place for our anniversary celebration!

Great food and customer service, despite being really busy in the restaurant. My friend's food was not warm enough when it arrived, but as soon as she mentioned it to the waitress, this was dealt with immediately and we were both offered complimentary deserts. Would return

Had been dying to try this place - went on Wednesday to try the £20 lobster deal - was lovely! Nice restaurant with friendly staff. Only negative comment I have was that it was not made clear that you had to order a starter to get the deal - no issue though as the starters were just as yummy! Would definitely return.

Great choice of food, a good atmosphere. The staff were very accommodating at we were there for a birthday. They were good at sorting out the birthday cake and we had a brilliant night.

The staff were very attentive and were always on had to top up drinks .the food was very good and great value for money .we will be back very soon .

The service at the bar was poor, took ages to order then ages to receive your drinks. Just too many people for a bar of that size. The food was ok - but nothing to make a big fuss about. The steaks were as good as others I've had in pubs. So ok, but doubt I'll rush back.

My husband and I went for our anniversary; it was good service and the food was really nice food at a reasonable price. Hope they continue with the food offers.

We were a party of four celebrating a birthday, which I booked on line. The staff were friendly and attentive. We each ordered a starter and main which came smartly from the kitchen and all our food was delicious and reasonably priced. The complimentary olives were a nice touch. We will definitely be returning and be totally recommending to our friends and family.

Great as always... lobster for £20 was yummy and everyone else steak cooked as per their preference. Always a winner... especially Ruban's mixology / cocktails!!!!

A busy Friday night was handled very professionally by friendly, helpful staff. The starters of squid and halloumi were excellent and the sirloin steaks for the mains were cooked and salted to perfection.

Excellent food but the restaurant was very noisy even though there were not many people in the place. The acoustics were terrible and we had trouble speaking to each other at the table

Nice decor and buzzy atmosphere but food was underwhelming & service far from brilliant. Far too long between courses and overly expensive starters which were average at best. Cocktails were the best part of the evening.

Once again food was good, the restaurant was very busy and our food took a long time to come out but they did give a discount of the bill which we did not ask for that was a good gesture. Our waitress was Very nice and informative.

Food was not great - I had the fillet steak which was bland and tasteless. I had jumbo prawns on the side which were luke warm at best. really disappointing. The cocktails were great which was a bonus.

I called up previously to arrange a surprise happy birthday dessert to be served at the end of the meal but the restaurant failed and forgot to do this.

Waited 50 minutes for our starter because there were 2 big parties in the restaurant. Staff very attentive and food really good. Would definitely go back.

Delicious food. My husband said his fillet steak was the best he'd ever had! A few mistakes with our order but all were rectified with charm and apologies from the very pleasant staff.

Due to openess of bar/restaurant, it is EXTREMELY loud. Also the tables are a bit close together, so definately not an intimate experience. Food very nice, but rather overpriced for what you receive (luckily we went on a "50% off steak" night - my half of lobster was rather overcooked, so quite dry. They do have seperate Gluten free and Vegetarian menus available, which was a joy to see!

Great fun, lovely service, nice steaks. We visited on a beautiful, sunny evening and really enjoyed ourselves. We were there relatively early and it was already buzzing.

We enjoyed a really nice meal, reasonable prices and the staff were really friendly, I would definitely recommend it to friends and will go again
