My experience on my second visit, this time in the company of friends to this top restaurant, was once again “Fantastic “ and the food again, was just superb !!!. The staff were excellent and looked after us to ensure that we all had a great evening in wonderful surroundings, which we all agreed that we had. I will be back !

As always lively ambience, food was spot on and the service was great! The only thing that let the overall experience down was the toilets. Not what I would expect in a restaurant of that calibre. So, not full marks based on that.

Good service although not seated where I booked, great food. Needed more waiting staff when more people arrived so kept waiting but not too long. Bit pricey but a nice evening out. Definitely recommend and go again.

Fantastic steak. The food and the service was great. Plenty of cocktails and drinks to chose from too. We went for valentines and even being busy the food was still excellent.

We always have a great time when visiting cattle and cocktail this is our fourth time and we have tried new foods every time and we had an outstanding experience we have had the same waitress twice she was lovely never got her name but she is great we could see they were training new staff but that did not affect our experience at cattle and cocktail.

Food was very good. Excellent service and good value for money. Will defiantly return. Lovely location. We had the £14.95 brunch menu with unlimited processco for £15. Glass was topped up regularly without us asking

Fanatic service, great drinks and outstanding food. Will the help and knowledgable staff you can’t go wrong. Book early for guaranteed seat as this place is normally fully booked most weekends.

TuesdayStaff were fantastic and amazingly nice dining experience. Food was great value with the half price steak. Good wine menu, we will return another time.

Service was a bit slow. Food was very nice and staff were super friendly. I would recommend the prawns and steak. Overall a great meal out.

It was our first time eating at Cattle and Cocktail, having heard very good things about it from friends, we went for our anniversary, I would recommend booking well in advance as we ended up eating at 9 pm although the staff who were very polite, helpful and nice managed to seat us a little early, the food was amazing, the service was very attentive and very helpful, the only down side for us was it was a little noisy for us to talk, but then that’s a sign that it was busy for all the right reasons

The food was excellent. However we went as a party of 3 on a Tuesday evening when steaks are advertised as 50% off. One of the party had a starter, the other two just a main course although we all had a fillet steak. On receiving the bill only one of the steaks had 50% off, the other two were full price, and being fillets that is a lot of money! On querying the bill we were advised that in order to get 50% off steaks on a Tuesday evening one had to have a starter. At NO time were we told this although the waitress said she had asked if only one of us was having a starter, which is very different! She did have a word with the manager and the bill was re-presented with 50% off all steaks. Despite this the waitress still insisted she had told us and maybe we hadn’t heard her - very unlikely as all three of us were adamant she hadn’t told us. The next day I checked the notice in the window and as far as I could see there is definitely no mention of having to have a starter to get 50% off steaks. I feel this is extremely bad practice and are Cattle & Cocktail trying to deceive people into having a starter in order to get 50% off steaks on a Tuesday evening? If that is the case, then adding the cost of a starter it is not really a good deal.

Food was excellent and the then menu has a great choice. Only downside was slow service for drinks with us chasing the staff. One meal was incorrectly made out of the 6 diners. Overall a good restaurant that we would return to.

Thought the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Staff so welcoming when u walk in, felt at ease straight away! Cocktails were delicious and the offer of 15 pounds for bottomless procescco was extremely generous! Food wonderful, I would recommend it to everyone! Cx

Excellent service and food. We were celebrating my boyfriends birthday which i mentioned when booking and they made the occasion special by adding a candle to his dessert at the end. The cocktails were delicious!

We enjoyed very tasty well presented food, which was good value for money in the lovely surroundings of Cattle and Cocktail before going to the cinema .

Great food and drink with ambient surroundings and attentive staff. The chicken burger contains a generous chicken breast and the chunky chips are hot and tasty! Highly recommended.

Had an absolutely fantastic meal with my family tonight and the service was excellent, would definitely recommend. Had the scallops and lobster which were both cooked to perfection. Also the cocktails are delicious.

We really enjoyed our meal and staff friendly. Venue was a little noisy but we quite liked the buzz! Would definitely go again and recommend to others.

Great food, great service, great atmosphere! First visit last weekend and will be going again. Fab cocktails too and my friend had a sirloin steak that she said was the best she’d ever had.

We enjoyed some great Ribeye and vegetables. I do feel that they could benefit with some new starters on the menu. The staff were all very attentive and customer friendly.

A very nice restaurant with classy, contemporary decor, attentive service, and, most importantly, delicious food! We were there for lunch, so the enticing “2 for £10” cocktails will have to wait till next time!

Lovely food, quick and friendly service. Good range of options without being too many and the cocktails went down very well. Would recommend the halloumi sliders.
