Great service Fabulous food Salad bar amazing Meat was unreal

What a lovely place, the salad bar was amazing, I could have just had this, the meat balls were Devine. Did have a pudding, the cheese cake is more like blancmange, and the brownie was 3 little cakes with ice cream, if I went again would I get them, probably not even though they were nice, I would go back again and recommend to anyone.

The waitress asked us to move tables halfway through our meal explaining that the reason was due to a table of 6 just arriving and having nowhere to seat them. Although we refused, this make us feel extremely unwelcome and asif they didn’t value our custom. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed they weren’t on site but I the person I had asked was acting manager in their absence. When I began explaining what had happened, the same waitress came back over saying that the manager knew nothing about it and it was “my bad” - the acting manager then disappeared. Although I asked for the manager, or whoever was the manager in their absence again multiple times she would not get them for me meaning I had to leave my seat and have the conversation in the middle of the restaurant in front of other paying customers. All in all, a poor experience and we will not be returning

Lovely food, perfect service, excellent staff. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, toilets immaculate, and on ground level, so amazing for me ,with mobility issues. Will definitely recommend. Already planning a family celebration here

Food was a bit disappointing to be honest, too many of the cuts were fatty and chewy. Not as I'd expected or hoped. Service was good, they were constantly coming round, but not somewhere we'd visit again.

Extremely welcoming and friendly staff, especially the chefs who seemed to have great joy serving us their meats. Personalised experience by the chef asking what our favourites out of the meats were once we were almost through the rotation and bringing us second servings of our favourites. The Ribeye and the Mint Lamb being our personal favourites. Did request a corona and think the waitress forgot immediately as had to request it again 15 or so minutes later give or take, but didn’t necessarily take away from the experience and would definitely go again. Great value for money particularly with the selection of meats available, drinks aren’t too pricey and the restaurant is extremely clean and a quiet vibe perfect for date night.

The food was nice but the service was horrendous half way through serving us they would go off to have a conversation or run outside to try and bring people in from the street then come back to finish taking our order the floor was also extremely slippery to the point you would nearly fall over each time you stood up

Food was lovely and Staff attentive and pleasant, the resteraunt is a great setting.

The resturant is well designed and the staff greet you at the door which was nice. The food was cooked to your liking and the choices were good. The salad bar was also well stocked.
