Warm welcome prompt service and excellent food. Delicious. We always had access to a member of staff if we wished. They were nearby but were aware of us without interfering. Busy atmosphere which we like.

The food was excellent and I was most impressed with the Dim Sum and Crispy roast pork. We enjoyed the speed the food arrived to our table.

Its a really nice restaurant had 27 people eating, we all order at the till and as soon as we sat down our dinner came. The food was nice and the staff were very friendly, I will definitely go back!

We had very good dumplings , deep fried said, prawns and beef fillet with asparagus and black pepper. Friendly but a bit slow service. Overall good experience.

Food was fantastic but let the experience down by the slow service. Would definitely return but on a less busy day Overall experience was good just not a big fan of slow service, if you expect this then you will have a good meal

Below average dim sum, only thing i liked is the egg yold bun. Service is not great, staff didn't know the dishes they were putting on our table. Very messy

The staff were amazing and the food was fantastic and very well presented. The booking on line didn't work but one quick phone call and we were booked in and having a lovely evening

we had a good night night and the food and service was ok but the price was very expensive. not to sure I would go again purely due to the cost.

Totally unacceptable service. Had to wait 40 min in between courses. We gave up waiting as we have kids and it's close to their bed time. When we chased, they said everyone is waiting. If your kitchen cannot cope with the number of the customers, then you should not take the bookings. Thank you for ruining our Chinese New Year meal. I had to go and get a takeaway somewhere else. And all the restaurant offered was 10% off. Fantastic.

The food is good and there are a variety of dim sums for us to choose. The place is clean and spacious. A satisfying dining experience for all of us.

Excellent food, good restaurant, service was very very good, already looking forward to returning with the whole family. Staff very good with my young sons and also helped us ordering and explaining the menu.

Really poor service, forgot 1 of our mains and when asked still never appeared. Also asked for drinks that never appeared. Also food ok, nothing special. Disappointing.

Food was lovely and we had a lovely waitress that couldn't stop smiling. However the initial reception we had was somewhat frosty the overall experience and food made up for this.

The food was delicious and well-presented, the restaurant is nicely laid out and the décor is modern but with traditional Chinese touches, the atmosphere was friendly, if a little noisy, but we had a really lovely time. The only thing I would say spoilt the experience a little was the rudeness of the hostess at the desk, who did not have our online booking written down and she was ruder still when I told her I had a printed booking confirmation and confirmed our booking had been made online. We were seated quickly after that however. I felt the waiting staff could have been a little friendlier also. I would recommend taking a printed confirmation of your booking if you book a table online as evidence.

great food poor price for a can of Coke as it was just the 330ml cans and they cost us £2.30 each but yet we can buy them in a shop for 60p or less but other than that amazing food and customer service we will be going again.

Opening platters (a China Palace and a Vegetarian) were excellent, but our selection of main courses was more variable (won't order a prawn noodle with scrambled egg again!), while the service varied from attentive to missing.

One of the best dim sum places in London. Everything ordered were hot and tasty. Definitely will go again. It is worth the trip slightly out of central London

Food is ok. Restaurant was full so service was slow. Rate of eating is faster than rate of dim sums served. Do note parking is flat rate £15/day at the ICC.

I made a reservation but there was no need to as there were many spaces on a saturday night. My only concern was the parking space - we used to go here before the changes and there are less parking spaces than before now. Luckily we were able to park up in front or behind them but there was no indication it was ok so was worried the whole time we were there. The food was ok i will return again.

Great food at a cheap price with fantastic customer service from everyone who served us. They made my birthday a memorable by singing a happy birthday song whilst delivering my cake to the table.

Felt ripped of by high 12.5% service charge that was not declared in menue This ammounted to over £20.00 - I will not go again

Great if you love msg. All food tasted rather similar. We were a party of 8 and they moved us from a central table to a table in a corner, for no apparent reason (restaurant was busy but not full, the central table remained empty for a long time). Around the table in the corner were boxes of drinks and crisps, as well as an open jam roll (!) and all sorts of cleaning products. Furthermore, there was a draft coming from a back door, had to put my coat on. When I complained to the waitress she said it was not cold, after all she was wearing a T-Shirt. She then brought a tea-pot full of hot water to help me warm up - totally random!!!! I ordered three different platters to share for starters, she repeated a slightly different selection, and after a couple of tries to get her to understand what I really wanted, I just gave up. When the platters finally arrived, they were neither what I had asked nor what she had said. The main courses were as ordered, though, as were the drinks. Price was low considering the location.

Visited this restaurant last year and it was good, but now the place is a bit tatty, service not good and food below par. We will not visit again.

Poor service, late food, doubled my bill not impressed for this was my first time eating at the Resturant. Don't see myself eating there again. However the food was nice

Excellent food - Good value for money. The Peking duck is delicious and the sweet and sour pork is great. I would definitely go again.

Food was good but was let down by the service of the staff. The manager overcharged us on the card without a proper reason and the staff seemed like they wanted to avoid serving us. Only reason I'll come again is the quality of food.

The service was an absolute joke and the food was awful. I have never had to complain to a manager in any restaurant I've visited before. We went here for my birthday and was left so disappointed. Would never step foot in this place again.
