i booked online to turn up to the restaurant that was closed. it was a special day with a friend very disappointed

Really impressed. Staff were great, knew their stuff and the food was amazing. Very good service and good value. Lamb and pork belly to die for. Highly recommended

Circo is one of our favourite place in Brighton. Creative, flavoursome food, attentive and relaxed service - a great place for any evening.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Circo. The food was so fresh and delicious, it’s easily the best small plates food I’ve ever had and we’re big tapas fans. The small restaurant area is well done out and the atmosphere was very relaxed and welcoming, I would recommend it to everyone.

Lovely little restaurant. Amazing food and great value. Only thing was they ran out of wine due to missing delivery! But we were allowed to byo so all good. Highly recommend this place and Pabellon. Yum!

Great little tapas bar serving well cooked tapas. Limited menu which is good. All food cooked fresh in an open kitchen. Good friendly service. Will definitely return.

Our visit was early evening on a Friday so when we arrived, the restaurant was very quiet but around 7:00 it soon began filling up. The waiter took his time to explain the menu to us. The food was delicious and each tapas plate was generous enough to share between 4. The atmosphere was laid back and friendly. A member of our group was celebrating a birthday and we were given a new dish to try and a dessert to share gratis. I would strongly recommend Circo to my friends.

Cannot speak highly enough of my first experience of Circo ! The lamb chops were amazing ! Hospitality was fabulous ! You will not be disappointed !!!

Nobody likes greasy, reheated tapas. This used to be a great place but this Saturday it was half full and there was a failed sense in the air. Shame - all resources and attention must have been diverted to their new place

We arrived for our friend’s birthday and the usual service and food wasn’t at all on par with previous standards. The tortilla was cold in the middle, the service was minimal with many questions we asked having clipped answers, and despite having preinformed that it was my friend’s birthday no effort was made to appear celebratory toward her. It felt like it could have been dinner at any place. Most significantly, there appeared to be a change in staff in the kitchen and the food lacked the typical flavour that circo has been known for. I’ve been a regular as has one of my companions but we are unlikely to return. We paid in full and left a small tip to be polite as we were not going to have any difficult interactions with the staff during the birthday, but it was completely underwhelming and a real surprise. It used to be excellent

We had a great time at the restaurant and loved the food. The staff were friendly and efficient and the tapas was 2 for 1 on a Tuesday which was an extra bonus !

The food was excellent. We were very well looked after. Were the sticky ribs our favourite or was it the pork belly but then there was the manchego cheese & little gem lettuce? Personally my favourite was the sticky ribs.

Delicious food and very nice little restaurant, we go often. This review would have been a 6, the only slight downer was that one of the chefs was in a pretty bad mood and kept having arguments with other staff. As we were sat right at the bar where the food was being prepared it was pretty hard to ignore... still the food he prepared was top notch!

The service was excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. The food was amazing - delicious and beautifully presented. We had a lovely bottle of wine. All in all, a fabulous restaurant.

Food was great, loved the european and asian fusion. The service brilliant, staff was very friendly, attentive and fun! Great experience overall and we shall be going back!

Great Staff! Lovely atmosphere, beautiful presentation but portion sizes and execution of certain dishes do not match with prices. Mackeral and Calamari were perfect octopus a bit overcooked.

Place has a new chef and a new front of house but the vibe is still great and the food the same great quality. Spot on!
