Good food. Had a great evening but a little noisy for quiet conversation. There was a birthday party in so perhaps this added to the noise level. Good atmosphere though.

The food was fantastic, steaks were best I’ve had in a long time. The service was great I would highly recommend, and all at a reasonable price.

Lovely food and service! Fresh and hot, nice cocktails and lovely setting. I will defiantly be returning and recommending this place to friends and family.

Amazing food,lovely little place not too busy. The service was fast and they kept are drinks topped up. One of the best steak houses in the Doncaster area.

We had a lovely evening - the food was absolutely spot on and the waiters couldn't be more helpful to us - we would definitely go back again some time.

The gentleman who served our table was great - very polite and chatty. Service was quick too. Food was lovely as always and for a great price!

I am a regular visitor to this restaurant and whether I am dining as a couple or a party of over 40 the food and service is consistently excellent. Always a pleasure to dine here and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely delightful food and great service. Quite noisy and does get particularly busy at the weekends unless you go early but you can park across the road.

Sat for 15 minutes waiting for waitress to take our order. The room was hot and noisy, but only 1/4 full. Left and went elsewhere.

Simply great food well put together and well presented large portion and fab quality! We would highly recommend to anyone consildering Bawtry for a meal.

Service was good and prompt, food was great and red hot and fresh. There was a great atmosphere, a bit noisy, but just everyone chatting. A really relaxed meal out with great food and not too expensive.

Another super meal here , with friends . Food cooked beautifully and staff as welcoming as ever . Never feel rushed here , lovely atmosphere.

Had such an amazing meal for our 13th wedding anniversary steak was so tasty. And the added little extras on the table the rose petals and then the happy anniversary wrote on my dessert plate 😍

Good service and quality of food was great. Wasn’t rushed through and servers were courteous and polite. Ambiance was just right - not too busy or quiet

The waiter, was really helpful and knew the menu. The food was excellent and the portion was very good. There was no rush for us to leave the table. We liked the fact that we could use the bar in the pub, as two of the diners were drinking real ale. Really liked the restaurant and would recommend.

The food was good quality & well presented. Our overall experience was spoiled by excessive noise which sounded like machinery? Not sure what it was but it drowned out the music so it must have been loud. The staff were pleasant although could have been a little more efficient (serving other people first, who had only just arrived). That said, we would go again as the food was good so we will see if the noise is a problem next time - hopefully not😊

Have eaten here many times and as always the food is excellent. All staff are very welcoming and the restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere . Would highly recommend.

Service very slow. Had to keep asking for menus, cutlery, drinks, even deserts menu and then they never came to take the order! Really really noisy environment to, struggled to here each other talk and staff where shouting over noise. Shame as for was quite nice.

My husband loved the make your own calzone and he would have given it a 6. However the chef didn’t see the waiter had written no cheese on my burger. The waiter told the chef when he was collecting the food. They served our food together and my freshly cooked burger with no cheese should really have been cook more.

Great food and Service enjoyable evening. The waiter forgot to add one pizza onto the order but we were so full with the 3 starters & other Pizza we didn't need it!

Amazing everything! Catered for us both with perfection, from trying the wines to extra things for our steak. Absolutely worth the visit and the £10 tip left behind!

Amazing fillet steak & the Thai salmon was quite possibly the best salmon fillet I’ve ever had. Superb & the guys gave my Hubby an extra special treat with his dessert as it was his birthday. We will definitely be going back 😊

The Menu online was Completely different to that in restaurant. Tables felt slightly sticky and not very clean. However staff were very helpful and friendly.

Far to noisy on a weekend Friday and Saturday, cannot talk to people on the same table without shouting, and if a stag or hen party is in forget it you will be hoarse by the end of the night, we complained to the manager about a party of 6 men and the loud nose they were making it was more like going to a football match, by he did not seem to mind the noise, so go early midweek if you must go, s for our party of 4 we will never go again.

Very nice meal, the steak was cooked perfectly for me. It is quite a noisy place which I did enjoy but it made it difficult to have a quiet conversation. All in all though a very enjoyable meal and experience.

not enough waiting staff, food ok, seemed expensive on this visit for portion sizes though. last 2 visits we have had to physically approach staff & ask them to take our order.

Quirky little steakhouse with good atmosphere, food was fresh and the service was really good. Prices were reasonable and the best selection of steaks I have seen a menu.

Really nice staff good food nothing to complain about really. The Thai fish cakes were particularly tasty and the make your own calzone was beaut.

this is the second time to this restaurant and bar and will be back.

best in Bawtry for the price and service and in a good location.
