Colonel Mustard in the Courthouse is exactly what Hamilton has been waiting for. This innovative and fresh gastropub specialises in fine whisky, perfectly balanced classic cocktails and traditional British cuisine with an added modern twist. Located on Almada Street in Hamilton West, Colonel Mustard in the Courthouse was born from the desire to evoke passion and excitement into the town by bringing a taste of the highlife. Perhaps indulge in the herb-crusted north sea cod loin or the roast rump of lamb, before relaxing over a classic martini, whisky sour or exquisite elderflower collins to make for the perfect evening. Reservations are recommended.

Really nice gastro pub, food was outstanding, best meal I have had in a long time. Good variety of drinks available, good service and atmosphere.
excellent as always, I have been a few times with my husband and always amazing food and service. Decided to take both kids on Sunday as kids main meals are free and was not disappointed. Food lovely and a good range on the menu for kids.
Sometimes this place is not as well known as it should be. This restaurant has it all, great food, nice ambience and first class service. You don't get much better than this. Well worth a visit!
Last night was our first visit to CM in the Courthouse, lovely place, our food was amazing and the staff could not have been better.. I will definitely be returning.

Lovely, tasty food and service was perfect, even though it was a busy guy fawkes night and only one waiter tending all tables and bar.
