Amazing food. Really helpful and friendly staff. The whole experience was fantastic.
I have been eating there few times already. Great quality food. Nice atmpsphere . friendly staff
Lovely place and delicious food and wine. It was great to have 50% off but I think the full priced menu is a little expensive for in this area of London.
The staff were pleasant enough the food was good but not great. Prawns over cooked. Drinks REALLY overpriced. I wouldn't go again. For what it is it is to expensive.
Excellent food, drink and ambience at a good value - thoroughly enjoyable evening
Excellent food, value and service but seemingly a bit too busy: we weren't in a hurry but it might have been an issue if we were. Perhaps this is not typical and should not detract from the overall very positive experience.
Booked short-notice through the App, got a great table & food was amazing. Small portions when sharing among three people, but delicious. Not cheap, but would definitely return in a heartbeat.
Nice ambience and very friendly service, however food was quite salty.
Great service, and amazing food! Would recommend to a friend!!
Excellent variety on main menu with daily specials. Many different and exciting tastes and textures. Superb service in friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Very highly recommended.
Overall, the food was really poor and tasteless. The service was ok, our waiter was quiet helpful. The restaurant is nice but there is a huge lack of atmosphere. I had lots of expectations in this restaurant.
Great food. Exceptional and attentive service and a lovely atmosphere
Really really really good food - full of flavour and clever little twists - and very friendly service. We will certainly visit again and regularly.
The place is lovely, comfortable seats, nice surroundings and not cold, so many restaurants are too cold! The service was perfect. The food: The chorizo was good as was the Iberico ham. The cheeses weren't to my taste, they were too strong for me; goats cheese and blue cheese for example- I'm a bit boring with cheese perhaps... I also like tomato bread with my Spanish meats rather than just plain bread or bread with olive oil. (Personal taste again maybe) The prawns were amazing, they are enormous! The seabass was lovely as was the sweet potato - delicious. My only real complaint was the pear tart. The pears should never have been used as they were rock solid and tasted of nothing at all. If you buy solid pears, keep them for 2 or 3 days and then cook them, these did not even taste cooked either. Cooking can help less ripe fruit to taste of something but I think those pears were beyond help. My brother told me they were like that the last time he ate there which lead me to ask the waitress if they were meant to be like that. She said no, apologised and took the tarts off the bill. Overall lovely food, great surroundings and pretty much perfect service. I would definitely go back.
Lunchtime Thursday before Easter; some new additions to the menu, rolled shoulder of goat with aubergine puree was delicious and their sweet potato bravas was devoured in a flash, great Alioli too.
Bem atendido, cardápio variado de tapas, vinhos espanhóis em taça ou garrafa. Camarões ótimos.
All the food was amazing. It was a real delight tasting a whole variety of tapas dishes. The service was attentive without being at all invasive. Bathroom was great too (always important). The only reason I have given it a 5 not a six is because we had to wait a little while for our puddings. But they were worth it.
Some of the best Modern Spanish food you will find in London. The Lamb neck with Migas, Iberico Presa with Pinchos Morunos and Chestnut Mousse are a must!
Had a lovely dinner at Copita del Mercado with my friends. Nice ginto's and good wine and the best leg of lamb I ever had! Delicious! And the people serving us very charming!
The decoration is great and the food very nice and tasteful, tapas with lot of texture. The staff is super friendly and helpful, highly recommended!
Tasty good authentic Spanish! I liked the fact that there were quite a lot of half bottle wines so we could try a few different wines. Octopus dish was very tasty, it wasn't too hard or too slimy, just perfect. Croquettes were delicious. It's still not that well known so not busy, so try them out before the place becomes busy!
We had a good lunch here with a 50% off on food which made the tapas cheap. Food is nice but we found the normal price too high.
Amazing service - so friendly and great food recommendations! Lovely restaurant!
Food was delicious but prices were a bit steep for the area! Would visit again if there were more offers. Only two tables occupied during the 1.5 hours we were there.
Really fantastic meal. Arguably the best tapas in London x2 ! Great staff too
Food not to my taste, tiny portions and very expensive - I love tapas, but this seemed far too "experimental" to me. The sweet potato bravas was very tasty at least, and good attentive waiting staff.
Tucked away off the main road, but well worth the tiny detour. The tapas here is quirky and inventive - the gin list extensive, the staff helpful and friendly, and the chestnut mousse (although more like ice cream in texture, was worth a return visit alone. Two very happy customers.
Enjoyed immensely our visit to Copita del Mercado; It delivers tapas with a twist - fresh and lively, In particular, we were thrilled with the marinated sardines, a wonderful burst of flavours. Our waiter was brilliant - we had lively conversions with him about sherry, wine and menu. Couldn't have been happier.
Fantastic food and friendly, knowledgeable service. I'm looking forward to my next (5th) visit.
This is our second visit here and we returned with a group of friends. What a treat again! Great quality food, excellent staff service and good value for money. Definitely will return again and again and again! I love this restaurant!
Excellent food of the highest quality, if you are sick of microwaved tapas and want authentic fresh Iberian fare with subtle and interesting twists this is the place. Recommend highly and I'll be going again soon.
the best food. Great service, lovely wine list. Must try!
great quality food, very friendly staff, recommand black pudding with eggs, great baby leaf gem salad . all meats are cooked to perfection. great for friends dining out
The chefs make life very difficult for the waitresses. When we asked for more Alioli, we were told 'no, the kitchen won't allow it'. No interest in customer service, clearly!
Great venue , overly priced and the service was too cumbersome , I am sure it's only opening jitters . Given wrong menu and portions on the small side , but delicious no the less , the sweet potato and rack of lamb are highly recommended , just left wanting more ......
Really excellent food - prepared to a high standard of taste and presentation. A varied menu which catered for vegetarians, meat and fish eaters. The churros con chocolate should really be allowed.
The restaurant is cool, the seating is comfortable, the food is delicious, the customer service is excellence, I just wish the portion could be bigger, hard to fill up.
Good service, very good products and well presented. The place is very well decorated. Lovely restaurant!
First impression was that i really liked the decor with the exposed brick walls and nice environment throughout with low lightning. Great location for a girly night, romantic date or business meeting. Not too formal, neither too relaxed, just right. Food was really tasty and had some not so usual additions to the menu such as ox tongue, which by the way, I certainly recommend. It's not cheap but certainly not the expensive type either and most importantly the staff were super friendly so really pleased with service which probably influenced my overall positive overlook of the place.
Three vegetarian dishes featuring seperately sweet potato, lentils and aubergine were all very tasty. Two fish dishes, one with three types of anchovies the other lightly battered and fried sea bream were unusual and delicious. From extensive Spanish wine list a delightfully fruity Albania white was an excellent accompaniment.
Nice food but very small portions that were quite expensive - everyone left feeling hungry
Good food but the portions are small for the price . Slightly larger than tapas but cost as much as main courses and you would need at least 4 . With drinks, the bill soon adds up.
Good quality tapas and an excellent gin menu. The restaurant area itself is spacious and bright, with bench seating available around the kitchen and bar areas. If you dine as a pair, these are the best seats in the house.
Beautiful Cava and lovely food, with a particularly good selection of vegetarian options. The aubergine with almonds was delightful. The service was also pleasant yet unobtrusive.
Great service, great food. Pretty adventurous and lovely atmosphere, will go again.
Excellent food and wine menu. Great service. Amazing gin list.
Fun, lively restaurant for a party or a group! The sharing tapas was delicious and all the tequilas you could ever hope for. Avoid if you want a quiet romantic one!
Really good food and amazing cocktails. Dishes slightly too big if there were two of you to enjoy many things and a couple of dishes were luke warm.
Have been to many Tapas restaurants/bars both in the UK and Spain and Copita del Mercado is up there with the best of them. Food superb, service could not be faulted and great atmosphere. I know the restaurant has not been open long but hope they continue the high standards of cuisine and service. Bravo !!!!
Great fish dishes! The service was friendly and the atmosphere was buzzy
