This was my first visit to Côte, Bank and I wasn’t disappointed. I have been to other Côte in other London locations and I at Bank I received the same great service and great food. I also loved the room. Highly recommended.

Have been a loyal customer of Cote but think standards have been slipping recently Breton chicken does not smell fresh last few times i have ordered it including today and seems to be reheated and dry these days The Chicken and walnut salad was a disaster just bundles of green leaves no green beans no walnuts no avocado and no dressing to deal with the mountain of green leaves. Surely the chef knows what he/she is sending out I mentioned this at the end and was offered a drink on the house but not today rather next time visit. Very mean spirited and disappointing experience which is a shame because we were great fans of the Cote brand.

I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a ruder more anti customer manager in the restaurant business than Côte Bank’s Asst General Manager Ben, What had been a pleasant enough evening for four of us was almost ruined as he smugly announced we could not have anything chocolate or cheese “because we ran out at lunch.” The manager hadn’t the nouse to send out for more supplies in the hours from then till evening? He seemed almost proud! Already at this point my duck breast was a leg and my friend’s Roquefort salad arrived after the rest of us had finished our starters. And this in a 1/3 full restaurant when both restaurants across the street were packed. We got more drinks and deserts and cheese at one of those places. Such people should not be managers. The other service was very good. Côte should be ashamed! This is our second disappointing meal at Côte in a few weeks.

A massive thanks to the team at Cote Bank. They were first class throughout the whole evening of our work Christmas party. We were all looked after extremely well and I have received nothing but good feedback about the whole evening from my colleagues.

Unfortunately the service is very poor and the waiting staff need more training in the products they serve. This was my second visit in as many months and on both occasions the waiting staff have not understood orders (especially for drinks and coffee). My food (fish stew) was cold and not enjoyable at all. The waiting staff were not responsive and our table was left sitting with no drinks or food for ages. More training is needed if this branch is going to survive in such a competitive market.

We enjoyed our meal at Côte and the overall ambience. Small point – what about offering crème anglâise for the crumble. That would truly make the pudding as otherwise it is a bit dry.

Really great experience at Cote Bank, we had a team Christmas breakfast and everything went perfectly to plan, we had pre-ordered to save time (Aga was really helpful in organising this for us) and and all the food was exactly as requested - and delicious too! Thanks to the staff for looking after us, we really enjoyed it!

The restaurant was very busy but we were seated upstairs and had a lovely waiter. We were impressed by the prestige set menu and the food was delicious. Couldn't fault a thing and we will definitely be back.

I have a very busy City schedule and was delighted with my experience at this restaurant wonderful friendly staff and low noise levels, really greeted me warmly and treated me like a VIP. Ribeye steak as good as usual and the scallops & bourdin noir were excellent. Etienne, Murielle and Ben looked after us very well.

We're both gluten intolerant, so absolutely loved the fact that there was a special gluten-free menu. It's so much nicer than having to look through the a normal menu for items with an asterisk. The food was as per Cote standards and the service was very efficient.

Staff too busy to be able to assist all tables. Drinks too forever to arrive, food was standard and nothing great and also cold. Overall location great but staff and kitchen need some attention.

Food was good but since we pre-ordered and booked quite a while ago we were waiting a long time for each course and a few members of our group had to leave to get back to work before dessert came out so they missed out. Also the tables were a little awkward – 3 round tables pushed together for a group of 8 was a bit tricky. Even though we pre-ordered, one of the starters was still wrong but the staff did get this sorted quickly. The Christmas crackers were a nice touch but could have had some music playing to feel more festive and also more festive decorations as upstairs in the corner we were in didn't feel very festive.

The salmon main course was delicious, the calamari starter was average/poor

Between meetings with an hour or so to 'waste' so took myself to lunch. Another Cote had warned me that the cassoulet can take a little longer to prepare, so today was my opportunity. Very tasty and a generous ratio of meat to beans. The duck fell from the bone. The smoked wing was a tasty contrast and the sausages were firm and full of meat. Look forward to having it again.

Very good service. The assistant manager (Elisabetta) was very professional and efficiently sorted out a small issue with our order. We look forward to returning soon!

The service was really good. We went on a busy Friday night but the service was quick and the waitress was really friendly. I like the cote brasserie food but the fries were cold, which is my only complain on this occasion.

We had a lovely time; more than we imagined. I had arranged to meet up with an ex colleague who is going through a very difficult time healthwise. Your waitress, Matilda was ever so helpful in arranging for her dietary needs at such short notice and to top it all up, your genorisity was just impeccable. You have definitely secured our custome.
