Good food, nice ambience, and the set lunch was excellent value for money. The only negative was slow service - it took quite a bit of effort to attract the attention of waiting staff in order to place our orders (and later to pay). But overall the experience was a very positive one.

A very enjoyable lunch. My guests were highly complimentary of the food.

I turned up at this branch of Cote with a group of 12 people having made a booking for 6! How plans change sometimes.... The staff and whine team were accommodating and helpful, and we were sat within a few minutes. The food and drink was of the normal standard that I expect from this restaurant chain, and the evening was a success. Thanks to the team at Cote Bank which is becoming a regular venue for me.

Both the food and drinks were of high standards. The waiters and waitress are very attentive and passionate, and the overall environment and setting are very relaxed and spacious.

Meal and wine were great and staff and menu were amazing! Message for the Marketing Team - Free birthday cocktails were nice as usual but it was very off putting that I had to stick to the Al La Carte and Specials Menu to take advantage of this "birthday offer". I have been a customer of Cotes for 8 years and have been to over 20 different branches - I find this unreasonable. Apart from that lovely birthday meal - thank you Bank Restaurant.

We dine around the City for lunch regularly and decided to try Cote considering the prices were reasonable and the location was perfect. I have to say this had to be the best experience that I have had lunching as a group in the City. The staff were attentive, friendly and helpful and the food was tasty and consistent. Would definitely come back.

The service was very attentive. However my steak appeared to be grisly with every bite and so I was unable to finish it. My friends ribeye steak was also over cooked which is not usual. It was a shame we were let down by the food quality. That said this information was passed to the chef and there was also a goodwill reduction on the bill

Food was delicious - we opted for the 3 course special menu and the food was absolutely amazing. Wine is a good price and the staff were so lovely. I can not fault it!
