Côte Battersea Rise

Much appreciated the birthday treat of a Kir royal for me and my guests. Delicious food as always and especially the 10 year celebratory set menu. VEry very good value

Cote is reliably great for food, service, managing dietary requirements. The cote restaurants are tastefully decorated. The menu works very well for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Battersea Rise Cote hasn't let us down on the reliable model.

Great meal friendly service and a good atmosphere. Always a favourite of mine and I would recommend Cote to anyone. In addition I find it great value for money

Had a lovely lunch with my mother. Eating from the early bird menu was an absolute delight. We chose the flatbread and duck pate for our starters and the roasted peppers couscous and grilled chicken breast for our mains. The dessert choices of crime caramel and apple crumble were great and finished off a great meal with lovely friendly service from our waitress whose name unfortunately I didn't get. I usually frequent the blackheath cote as it's on my doorstep but this treat was for my mum who lives closer to this one.

Comfortable room, reliably good food and wine, service can be a bit hit and miss with slightly too long gaps before any attention paid. Some staff just not alert enough

The food was ok but the staff seemed a bit distracted and less attentive than usual even though the restaurant was relatively empty. Not as good an experience as we usually have.

Slow service; pork was served with soggy crackling and stringy meat; the risotto was stodgy and lumpy; the creme brûlée was served stone cold from the fridge and after being sent back - returned as a sweet scrambled egg with melted caramel... we will not be back to the branch in Battersea rise...

Food good as always but service slow and unattentive. It wasn't busy but staff were drifting around ineffectually. Other times we have been here service has been fine.

Food was delicious but service was not great. Table wasn't ready even though I booked two days in advance. Had to wait whilst they worked out where to put us and wipe down the area. After repeating our order three times the wrong drinks came. New arrivals weren't offered drinks and there was a lengthy wait to order food. Food arrived and then once we'd finished we sat with dirty plates for ages, then once they were finally cleared up we weren't offered dessert menus or teas/coffees at any point. After thirty mins we managed to find someone and asked for the bill - shame as we would have got puddings. We chose not to pay service and no one asked why so no chance to explain. Bad experience for a normally great chain.

Always great food, great wine and great service...not easy to achieve with consistency. Even when it is busy there are plenty of staff to help out, .

Excellent service as always and great food. Cote team at Battersea Rise always go the extra mile and make you very welcome. A lovely afternoon.

We were seated near the window which suited us well on a hot day. Good service and very tasty meal from the varied set menu.

We are regular visitors to this restaurant and bring our friends. Food, service and ambience are all one could wish for in a busy location. We are already looking forward to another excuse for returning!

We had a very nice breakfast for a reasonable price. The place is clean and comfortable, I would definitely go back again soon - extremely friendly staff.

Great food however my mums food came out cold, staff were great about it and reordered the food! However we ended up eating separately which wasn't great!

Nice atmosphere, attentive service. Food good. One dish was very small but when this was pointed out to them they removed the charge for that dish from the bill, which was appreciated.

The staff were extremely friendly and gave the impression nothing was a problem. The food was excellent and affordable. My friend and I would definitely go back again.

excellent value for money, we had the early evening menu, served by our favourite waiter at Cote Battersea Rise! Steak frites always good and sea bass a succulent alternative.

Ordered Steak frites. Frites were perfect but steak was tasteless and tough. So-called green salad was just two soggy half-dead leaves on side of plate. Kids sausage and mash - sausage was good. Mash was practically inedible. Didn't even taste like potato! No idea what was in it....

Restaurant space is nice, pleasant atmosphere, food was good but the service left a lot be said for. The bacon was missing from one of the breakfasts, they forgot to bring the milk for the teas, not all the food came together, wrong coffee came etc...

We enjoyed dinner for 2 outside despite the rain. As usual the food was very good, well presented and delivered promptly without too much fuss. Another pleasant evening at Cote Brasserie

Really good and attentive staff nice cosy restaurant good food choice. I member of the party gluten free good attention to detail including the gluten free flags on the GF food.

My daughter and I ate here early evening, really good experience. Delicious set menu and We were welcomed very warmly so very Friendly service, great value

We were received very well and seated where we wished to be. The service was good and food very tasty and reasonably priced - just what we expect from Cote.

You can always depend on Cote for a good meal. Never lets you down and priced well. Efficient service and not too noisy - always a plus!

Lovely evening, fantastic wine, steak and chips. Staff remembered us from our last visit which was lovely. We will come back again soon and bring some friends.

Very good food but although the restaurant was fairly full, there were only 2 waiters serving so Service was very slow. Could do with more staff

We had a great meal at Cote Brasserie Clapham. The waiting staff were lovely and aiways in hand to help when needed. Would highly recommend.

Went for lunch today for my grandads birthday and had the best time. The staff were brilliant and showed me a range of tables that were wheelchair accessible. We received complimentary drinks for the occasion and were regurlary checked on (without being intrusive). Would definitely recommend to anyone celebrating a special occasion. Cannot find a single thing to complain about

The restaurant is about 5 minutes walk from the common and Clapham junction station. I went for lunch and really enjoyed the set menu. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and well presented. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, is well laid out and spacious.

I've given maximum stars as the service was good as was the food. It was Mothers day and busy but nothing was lacking. in fact our waiter went the extra mile to ensure our disappointment on hearing there was no Calamari was made available - Thank you! I have been several times and would definitely recommend

Really good food and service. I would highly recommend this neighbourhood local. The lunchtime fixed menu also looks very good indeed and very reasonably priced.

Restaurant is a relaxed setting and with great service, the food was good and it was a lovely place to eat, drink and catch up with friends .

It's fine! Food is pretty good. Décor is pretty nice. It's just not exceptional... and it's OK value for money. Service and staff are good.

My friend and I both enjoyed the selections we made from the lunch menu. We did have to query the bill though as instead of being charged for two 3-course meals we were charged for two 2-course with the desserts priced as they are on the A La Carte menu. It took some time for this to be rectified, although apologies were offered.

Excellent service and food as always. Lovely relaxed atmosphere and the staff were very attentive and polite. I will definitely be visiting again and would recommend to anyone looking for a value for money dinner.

Food fantastic, service efficient. We all had a very nice meal. Waiters a bit brusque but it reminded me a eating in France. Will go back

The staff @ Battersea Rise is amazing friendly and caring. The GM always checks to see if everything is ok. That Italian guy is great also.

Really really nice staff but ordered 3 year olds food immediately when I sat down and it took ages to arrive. Otherwise all good. Always enjoyed eating at this branch.

The set menu suited all 4 of us some choosing the 2 course some the 3 course excellent choices and delicious food Staff are friendly and had remembered we came last with our granddaughter Excellent service will be returning soon Thank you Cote Battersea Rise

Lovely tasty food with a great choice for gluten free dining. Very good service, nothing was too much trouble. Pleasant surroundings. Not overpriced either for London.

Very nice meal and extremely good value for money. Waiter was friendly but definitely overworked - when we arrived, the restaurant was really quiet, but once it got busy later in the evening, we felt that we had to really concentrate to catch his attentiion. This wasn't his fault - he simply had too many tables to manage. But he remained cheerful throughout and we had a lovely evening. My only other comment is that the restaurant is unbelievably noisy - we found the same thing at Cote in Oxford Circus - I hardly had any voice at all the following morning, as we all had to shout to hear each other. Some fabric needs to be added to soften the noise level.

Cheerful and efficient staff. Great moules frites. Fresh sourdough was particularly nice. Only downside was being sat a bit too close to an enormous pile of high chairs but I guess somebody has to be...
