Surprise birthday breakfast. Staff very welcoming and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Lovely food and very friendly and extremely helpful staff. Our Friends were very impressed.

The service to take our drinks and food orders a bit slow but once ordered the food came vary quickly. We had a nice seat in the window and the carnival was happening so that was a bonus

The food was very good and I would have given more stars had we been seated in a warmer area as I had requested when booking, rather than at the back of the restaurant where a door to the outside was continually being used, and often left open, by staff going to wait on diners outside. Shame. Just thoughtlessness no doubt but staff need to be more aware of their customers’ comfort.

Excellent service, only criticism was the water wasn’t chilled. Lovely food.

I dined with my 12 year old grandson, we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very attentive. Our meals were very good value for money (christmas menu) and the food was excellent, my grandson said the best calamari ever, even better than that in Spain.

Another lovely evening. The food and wine selections were excellent. All the staff treat us so well and make us feel welcome and special. As we move into tier 3 I hope all the staff are able to make it through Christmas and come out the other side.

We were so well looked after from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I tend to avoid chain restaurants because you don't usually get that level of service but we will certainly be coming back as soon as we are able

So pleased we could make our second visit in a fortnight,. The meal, service, safety superb. Sad we will have wait for Tier 3 to end, but we will back as soon as you are able to re-open.

Glad to be back in COTE .Great atmosphere and staff are so friendly. Unfortunately my wife’s main course (Risotto)was un palletable .The consistency was extremely gloopy ,not pleasant at all. I mentioned this to a member of staff ,a very pleasant young chap with dark hair .He appreciated the problem and adjusted our bill . I was impressed with the staff ,also the remaining courses were fine . Many thanks to all, sorry to hear we’re now in tier 3 . We look forward to visiting you next year . Stay Safe . Six friends were able to celebrate Christmas in Terrace garden. Comfy seats, large canopy and patio heaters. Excellent food, attentive staff. Value for money.

Felt very self in the garden, all servers wore masks. Took our own blankets and felt very cosy as they had heaters to. Really enjoyed the food.
