Lovely staff very helpful. Good choice of food. Atmosphere was good, quite noisy at times but could others talking at table. Price was about right. Would go again.

Cote Blackheath is one of our trusted local haunts. Great service and friendly staff. Accommodated my request for a window seat - had mentioned we had a birthday. My rating of 4 this visit (would have been 5) is due to some very disappointing mussels I was served for first course - dried up things with very little sauce - not at all fresh and enticing. I was really surprised they were sent out - not Cote's usual standard. I have eaten this dish there a couple of times and know how good they normally are and how they should be. However, the situation was handled well and my replacement baked goat's cheese dish was delicious. We love the atmosphere and good value at Cote Blackheath and it remains on our list of local favourites.

Beef Bourginion is amazing, love it! Like the Blackheath branch, nice to look out over the heath if seated at front of restaurant. House Sauvignon was very good. This is quite a regular meeting place for my friends and I. Can't wait till next time!

A pleasant meal in pleasant surroundings. The food was good with generous portions served by friendly staff. Tap water was freely available and we took the remaining wine home to finish later.

Service was fantastic. The waiter was just right .friendly without being over the top .just soot on. Food was great other than the chicken in bacon was dry But still a great night Thanks

Absolutely lovely restaurant, food was amazing, service was friendly and attentive. It was my husbands birthday, they gave us a lovely table in the window and a complimentary glass of fizz, a very nice touch.

Excellent meal as always. Even though the restaurant was practically full the service was top notch. Well done.

Great food and breakfast deal, but things to improve on: - If staff are on their phones it is better if they do that away from view of diners; - waiting staff could be more conversant with iPad (ours was quite uncomfortable taking our order which made things not smooth; - wrong order delivered to the table (correct order given to the kitchen) Simple things that can be rectified but otherwise a pleasant breakfast.

Great choices for breakfast and good staff. Online booking for the reservation was easy. Would recommend the blackheath restaurant for breakfast. Also appears popular with families.

As always, great food and drink and perfect with kids. Ask for a window seat if you are bothered by noise as it is always busy.

Had eggs royal which was satisfactory but one of my eggs was hard and i did find the salmon to be warm. There was no pain au chocolate and our table was a little dirty.

Cote in Blackheath never disappoints! Today’s breakfast was superb and despite how busy it was the service was excellent and the food delicious! To see the sun on the heath was an added bonus!

A tasty and well presented meal served by friendly and efficient staff.

Today’s visit was unfortunately not great. On my last visit I had issues with the service offered- had to wait a long time for food to arrive and it was wrong when it did and there was a lack of waiting staff around my table and others. Today the service was much better but unfortunately 2 plates of food for main course were poor. The cod goujons were over cooked and the steak frite was returned as it was was tasteless and very chewy and peppercorn sauce poor. The other two courses were very good in fairness. Côte is certainly one of the better restaurants in Blackheath but the lack of consistency is becoming a concern and we are regular customers. I

Great food- portion sizes were perfect and the dishes were full of flavour. The February Special black pudding starter was particularly good! The service was also excellent and very friendly.

Delicious food, excellent service. I love Cote Blackheath. It’s my favourite restaurant in this area.

Being a regular in my local Cote I thought it would be a safe bet for dinner whilst visiting my daughter in London. Unfortunately not. Very poor service (for which we were still charged) I don’t think I’ve ever been to a restaurant and had to look at empty plates for that long, at least half an hour probably more before they took them away. My steak was supposed to be tenderised but was tough, chewy and full of gristle. They did take this off the bill but I had left half as inedible. They also now put folded grease proof paper in the chip cups, these are already very small but now you get about half the amount! So I left hungry and dissatisfied! Not good enough Cote!

The service was good but as it got a bit busier it was evident that 2/3 more staff would have helped ease the pressure and maintained a higher level of service. It was pretty noisy but to be expected when full.

I can do no more than repeat my 2015 TripAdvisor review; as it's still great; so here goes "We reviewed Cote in Blackheath, SE London after our first visit two years ago, and gave it 5 stars with the optimistic comment that we hoped they could keep the high standard up, given that Blackheath isn't short of competition. And wow- they have! Great staff, good service, and outstanding quality and value. We're picky about food, and can be snobby about chains (given that this is a chain restaurant) but we can't fault Cote so we keep coming back, as a duo, or with friends, who then all return themselves or with family". Lovely atmosphere from the minute we entered and we were greeted by friendly staff and shown to our window seat as requested. The food and drink were delicious and good size portions.

Another good Cote meal - good food, solid service. One main course not available, but that can happen on a Sunday evening. Better value on the set / special menus than the a la carte

Another excellent lunch. We enjoyed your special G&T and we had very tasty goat’s cheese in puff pastry starters and delicious seafood linguine all washed down with a cheeky rose! Perfect ladies who lunch location opposite the Heath!

Could not redeem voucher for martinis as I chose from set menu I think valued customers should be rewarded in some way. My bill came to excess of £160 for 4 so think a martini should be in order! Disappointed with that.

We spent mother’s day at Côte in Blackheath, what a treat. Fantastic service delicious food, best place in Blackheath ! I would highly recommend it to anyone !

Drinks served after food arrived Food hot breakfast and eggs Benedict were served cold. Had we not been a rush this food would have been sent back. Situation resolved the discretionary discount on bill but by far not the usual quality on any level from Cote blackheath

I took my mum's for lunch in blackheath and was very impressed with the food and attentiveness of the staff. A little bit noisy is my only negative. But all in all a lovely meal and would recommend.

An excellent menu making choice very difficult. The food was good and the drinks also. As a table of four, we found ourselves a little cramped for room. The service was good, although a little slow, due to the fact that the place was very busy. I have been there before and I would definitely go there again.

Lovely food, our main course was delicious. The starters were little cold, however over all we had a pleasant evening.
