Lovely welcome very clean and felt safe. Food was great ,super sea bream dish. Happy to eat here again!

The food and the staff were fantastic as always ! We have been waiting for the restaurant to reopen and we’re not disappointed at all ... great customer service every single visit ... the eat out discount was a huge benefit we weren’t expecting either !!! Thank you to the team for another fab visit !!

Everyone was very pleasant and polite. Our breakfasts were very tasty and delivered with a smile. Booked on line the evening before so had no hassle waiting.

Lovely meal last night at Cotes in Bluewater. Especially as I’m on a gluten free diet and it’s always really great that I have a full menu. Always a good service and a nice complementary cocktail. Looking forward to our next visit.

Although it was busy, we were seated quickly. The service was brilliant, staff were friendly and attentive (and great with young children) and the food was delicious!

You had an unadvertised set menu with a very limited range that meant we had to leave and try and find another restaurant that could fit 5 people on Valentine’s Day

Good food always consistant..busy atmosphere . attentive staff.cater for gluten free..must book to avoid disappointment especially Friday and Saturday. I had the 3 course set lunch menu & the food was really tasty, the selection was excellent & offered a good variety. My friend has an intolerance to garlic & onion, I was particularly impressed with how well this was handled & would happily return with my mum who has a gluten intolerance as I will be confident in their ability to cater for her.

The staff are always very helpful in a very friendly way.Today we took advantage of the special cocktail offered when booking.It was so good that we would have it again.Breton stew as good ever.

Cote is my go to restaurant anytime of day .The food is spot on The service is Efficient and friendly.Atmospher is good and the background music not obtrusive. Menus to suit all pockets . Trust me this beats the competition hands down .

Always great service and I have been eating at Cote for many years and never had a bad meal consistently good . Well done , good atmosphere and well spaced out tables .

The food and service was, as usual, very good. Our party was made up of 6 and 3 were delayed but we were not made to feel that we had to rush in any way even though we were nearly the last table left. Thanks again to Julia who was very attentive

Lots of choice on several different menus, food was lovely & very reasonably priced. Staff very friendly & efficient, will definitely be returning & would certainly recommend.

Restaurant is good we go fairly regularly, today it was busy and service was a little slow. Our food was a little over cooked but it won’t put us off returning. You have good and bad days everywhere. The menu is very good with lots of choices.

We were greeted warmly by an adorable front of house lady who had a wonderful personality and great attention to detail. A wonderful ambassador for the company! She offered us the opportunity to sit outside in the sunshine which we did. Unfortunately our waiter had a rather different attitude, sullen and quite apparent that he really would rather not have been working on Easter Sunday!

As usual we had a lovely meal at Cote Bluewater. The service was really good and the staff are all so nice and friendly.

I visit this restaurant at least 3-4 times per month. There are various senior managers on duty and the dining experience depends on who that may be. Today was average. The ladies toilets were not representative of an establishment that charges as much as you do. Clearly there is no procedure for checking on a regular basis. Also the music is terrible as usual. I also think that a meal such as sword fish which costs around £15 should come with a potato and veg rather than have to have a side of potato.

Courses are almost always brought out too quickly! And glasses that are finished are never cleared away promptly. But overall always a nice experience with friendly staff although I think restaurants are usually understaffed.

having been told there was a waiting time of 75 mins, we then were able to book a table for 30 mins later. Then when we approached the entrance watched people who had just rocked up without a booking get a table straightaway- very frustrating and doesnt make sense. Our waiter was great (tall chap with glasses) although the obnoxious table next to us took offence to him and insisted on having a waitress - not nice people. He was great and very polite to us so I hope nothing came of this. Food was great and value for money as expected at Cote.

Excellent food, but quite noisy if you are near the service area. Good value all round love that the set menu changes monthly. April worked for me.

As usual a great experience the staff are so friendly and efficient food excellent a very busy evening due to Mothering Sunday but they coped smoothly all in all a lovely evening.

When I online booked there was a special requirements box and not expecting anything to come of it put in there it was my Mum’s Birthday! Well I was very happy with the effort they made to make my Mum’s Birthday breakfast special! We arrived to a banner on the wall, then she was given a drink and a Birthday card and then at the end a dessert with a candle and all the staff gathered round to sing her happy Birthday! It was lovely! And the staff went above and beyond! Thank you so much x

The staff and food at the Bluewater restaurant are always amazing! That’s why I go back at least once a week! Can not praise and recommend them more!

Service was good to start and dropped off as meal went on. Food was good but could have been hotter.

We have a lovely breakfast meal today at Côte brasserie Bluewater, service was excellent and the staff are very helpful, we will be back very soon.

It was a lovely brunch and the mimosas were just icing on the cake!

Today was Mother’s Day and I had booked previously to take my wife and daughter out for a meal at 7pm. I received an email yesterday asking me to reconfirm my booking as you expected to be busy. You can imagine my consternation when upon arriving at 7pm we were told that there was no Fillet Steak, no Duck and No Creme Brûlée. This is unacceptable when you knew you would be busy. A restaurant should not run out of any food particularly on a known busy day in the year. Disappointed to say the least.

Very pleasant breakfast experience, enjoyed family outing to Côte very much will keep coming back.

The best service we have had from a restaurant in a long time! Didn’t catch the waiters name but young waiter with dark beard very attentive! Food was as good as the service, will be returning!
