Lovely welcome very clean and felt safe. Food was great ,super sea bream dish. Happy to eat here again!

We have been waiting for the restaurant to reopen and we’re not disappointed at all ... great customer service every single visit ... the eat out discount was a huge benefit we weren’t expecting either !!! Thank you to the team for another fab visit !!

Made to feel very welcome and greeted with our complimentary drinks for booking online. Service was very attentive and food was delivered promptly, tasty warm tiger prawn salad with a Fougasse accompanient plus Poulet Grille rounded off with coffees. Very enjoyable and now looking forward to Aprils offer.

Everyone was very pleasant and polite. Our breakfasts were very tasty and delivered with a smile. Booked on line the evening before so had no hassle waiting.

We prebooked having never visited before great service from start to end food really enjoyable would certainly return and recommend. Waitress lovely big smiles polite and helpful.

Lovely food. Staff were lovely, and attentive, but not in your way every 5 minutes. There were 5 of us, but we were not rushed at all.

The food was very good but the service towards the end of the meal became poor waited so long to pay the bill had to go and find the waiter to pay

Food was delicious, however service was quite slow. It took quite a while for someone to take our order and bring dessert menu.

What a wonderful greeting, exceptional service,staff can not do enough for you. We had two children with us so unavoidable spilages of drinks, quite severe but the staff dealt with this so calmly and no one was made to feel uncomfortable. The special crepe grand Marnier was served superbly and the staff brought birthday cake I had dropped off earlier and sang Happy Birthday to our son making the whole dining experience very special. Food exceptional as always. Huge thank you to the wonderful staff who served us.

I had the 3 course set lunch menu & the food was really tasty, the selection was excellent & offered a good variety. My friend has an intolerance to garlic & onion, I was particularly impressed with how well this was handled & would happily return with my mum who has a gluten intolerance as I will be confident in their ability to cater for her.

Lovely time, especially at a very busy Saturday lunch time. Staff were lovely. As was the food. Good menu. My 90 year old mum loved it.

Excellent and varied menu that regularly changes.Always good food at sensible prices, set price lunch menu options first class. Waiting staff friendly and most efficient. Overall great experience.

Excellent service but the poor waiter had to tell us that half the mains on the menu were no longer available. Disappointing. Spoiled a family meal out.

Good up to the usual Cote quality, however very disappointed with the service received today. Although as always the staff were very pleasant we had to wait a considerable time between courses which spoilt our overall enjoyment and suggested a shortage of staff

The ladies who greeted us were smiley and immediately receptive. We were able to choose a table, which is always a good start to the experience. The waiter was superb. Never pushy, always there at the right moment. Very respectful. Knew how to serve the plate of food... carefully and with due concern. Everything, including the complimentary rhubarb martini was excellent and the food itself, delicious. Our evening could not be faulted. I visit Cote very often and I am always very satisfied. Congratulations. You are all a great team and should be applauded. Thank you!

We had an excellent breakfast thanks. The food was delicious and the service was swift, efficient and friendly. This is one of our favourite haunts. We’ll definitely be back!!

Always good food and a great atmosphere at the Bluewater store. Staff accommodating considering we had a cinema viewing and needed to eat quickly and the complimentary cocktail added to the feel good factor. I’ve never had a bad meal and always recommend to my friends.

Won’t be returning in a hurry. Service was very slow and staff were not very attentive. We got served our breakfast and then were forgotten about. We had to ask for our plates to be taken about 45 minutes after finishing, we had to ask for more drinks and we had to ask if we could pay because we sat with the bill for about 20 minutes!

Service took way too long - 25 minutes to get a drink from ordering it! Disappointed as we went for my birthday! Literally only had 2 drinks whilst there (we were there for 3 hours) because everything took so long!!

There was a really lovely atmosphere tonight, and the customer service was very well delivered. The whole meal was well cooked and presented, together with the drinks.

Lovely food friendly amazing service best place to eat in bluewater. The pretty blonde girl who seats everyone always remembers my name and give us a big hello and waiting staff are always very helpful.

Another great experience... lovely food with a wide choice for both vegetarians and meat eaters. Fantastic choice of drinks.
