Côte Bluewater

From the moment we entered the restaurant we had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout.The food was excellent (with nothing nit available from the menu). The atmosphere was perfect, not too loud but just enough for there to be a constant hum of activity. I must mention our waitress, Julia, who ensured that the evening was just perfect. Extremely knowledgeable in terms of the menu, helpful with suggestions, attentive and a delight to be looked after by.

The service was fast without being rushed and the staff friendly. The food was very tasty served on hot plates. An enjoyable lunch spent with family.

The food is nice but the service is dreadful, we had a table booked for 6pm and were seated promptly but then had to wait 20 minutes for anyone to approach us for a drinks and food order. The food was slow to come out and again the only interactions were to put the plates in front of us, we had to flag someone gone for the bill and then again to pay it. Disapointing for £100 for 2 people

A great evening from start to finish in a pleasant atmosphere. Our group of four was given a nice greeting on arrival and given a choice of tables. Very prompt and efficient service. Drinks and food orders taken quickly and anything else we asked for in the course of the evening was brought immediately. Food was superb and the house red (I think it was called Lagrande) was an excellent accompaniment to the steak frites we had all ordered as a main from the set menu. I can't over-emphasise how good the staff were - all friendly, smiling faces. We can't wait to return!

Staff were amazing Breakfadt food lovely. Was my sisters 60th & we had a little boy age 2 staff made us feel very welcome. Service excellent

Very good , excellent service. Having been a restaurant manager previously our waiter did everything right , explaining all specials and perfect knowledge of what was on the menu The food was perfectly cooked and very tasty compliments to the chefs! We didn’t feel segregated for having a young baby with us also so thank you Nathalie Ahmet

Food ws excellent both Lamb & haddock dishes George & Monica's service was excellent we have visited many times but the food and service on Easter saturday was excellent. Also breakfast in the best Thanks Mandy

A wonderful menu. Superbly cooked, flavoursome dishes and brilliant service by our waiter. The prestige set menu is brilliant value for money, even for three courses.

Nothing too much trouble for the whole team but our server in particular whose name I didn’t get unfortunately.

We went for valentines night, we both had a Lovely delicious meal for a reasonable price as usual, very friendly staff...... would highly recommend to anyone!

Good breakfast and service as usual despite being busy on a bank holiday

Lovely breakfast yesterday at Cote Bluewater. Dinning with two small children isn’t often enjoyable but the staff were really helpful and child friendly, plus as always, the food was great with a fast service. Would definitely return.

Arriving at a fairly crowded restaurant a wee bit earlier than my 7.15pm booking, we were immediately greeted warmly and shown to a pleasant secluded table, as requested. Having checked the extensive menu, we opted for the Chateaubriand to share which, we were advised would take 30 - 35 minutes, which was quite acceptable. Some while later, having ordered drinks, bread and olives to fill the gap we were advised by a very apologetic and charming waitress that, due to a minor contretemps in the kitchen, our order would be delayed by a further 30 minutes. Although hungry, we were in no hurry and willingly accepted the further delay, gratefully accepting another glass of Sauvignon Blanc by way of consolation. Eventually the meal was served, again with profuse apologies from the waitress and it proved to be absolutely delicious and well worth the extended wait. Having finished a really excellent steak, cooked precisely to the level of rarity requested, and its beautifully presented accompaniments, we were both astonished when the bill was presented, together with further abject apologies, to find that the meal had been very heavily discounted and the breads, olives and second drink not charged for. Truly service and customer care beyond measure and I cannot both thank and recommend Cote Brasserie Bluewater highly enough. Needless to say it warranted a tip in addition to the service charge. Mistakes inevitably do happen but our treatment on this occasion was, as ever, exemplary. Thank you again - we will both certainly come back in the near future.

The food is excellent. Have been a few times now and it's definitely my favourite restaurant. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Never had any complaints

First coffee was warm, not hot, however service as always was great. 2nd coffee was far better, breakfast was lovely, I find the hollandaise sauce a little tart so asked for it to be served on the side, this suited me better, waitress was attentive and overall a great breakfast

I had been to Cote in Bluewater 3 times this week and it is my favourite restaurant in Bluewater. I did feel that as I had booked on the last occasion online that I should have been offered the Blood Orange drink, even though it wasn't in response to that particular email?? The staff are very welcoming and the service is prompt. Well Done Bluewater.

Great service and attention to detail. The food is always presented with great care and cooked lovely. The atmosphere is always good and nice to have the choice of indoors or out door dinning. The only thing I would say that when two of you are dinning and it’s busy some of the tables are a little cramp and in the corners

Had a really lovely evening here staff are so friendly and welcoming! The menu was superb lots of choice. There were four of us all had different meals all of us thoroughly enjoyed them. Thank you cotes we will be back.

Fantastic service - really genuine. Happy to leave the discretionary tip (and some birthday cake) for the staff. Very welcoming, great pace of service, friendly and attentive. The food is great - well priced for the quality and quantity. Lots of variety and the portions are spot on. You won't leave feeling hungry or unsatisfied.

This restaurant never stops impressing me. The food the staff and the ambience is all outstanding. Everyone is always smiling and welcoming and go out of their way to make your dining experience special A special thank you to Nicky one of the supervisors and also the italian lady who is a supervisor also but do not know her name. I use the restaurant on a regular basis to meet with family and friends. The service and food are always excellent and the atmosphere noisy but pleasant.

Great food and service , the weekend menu is great value for money . The choice of food and drinks is very good . The atmosphere is lively but not too noisy .

It was ok. The beans were uncooked however and although the chicken was nice, the pork belly was over cooked. Shame - I’ve eaten there before and it was much nicer.

Eat here roughly once a fortnight, staff extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Haven’t had a bad meal there

Friendly, attentive staff. Good food and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our lunch very much. Staff were also patient with the 6mth old baby who cried a couple of times whilst we were eating.

Fantastic food and wonderful staff. Made to feel extremely comfortable and all the staff were polite, attentive bit also non intrusive. It was my husbands birthday and he really thought best place we have been to in s long time and we will be back on a regular basis.

Staff very presents always eager to help with a smile. Presentation of food really good taste fantastic . Very clean place. Remember to book free complimentary French 75 when booking or chocolate pudding .

I had the sea bass on my visit which was delicious, my only suggestion would be that there was maybe some other sort of accompaniment with it.

We try other places, look at other menus but nothing compares. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is all amazing. Staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. They all work really hard. Delicious food and heathy options. Nice coffee.

Delicious food and excellent service. Friendly staff members offer quick service. There are plenty of food and drink choices over a range of menus. Will be coming again for another pleansant experience.
