The staff are friendly,the service is prompt particularly when they know we are in a rush,the food is always to a good standard and tasty.It really is a winning formula.

Food ws excellent both Lamb & haddock dishes George & Monica's service was excellent we have visited many times but the food and service on Easter saturday was excellent. Also breakfast in the best Thanks Mandy

First coffee was warm, not hot, however service as always was great. 2nd coffee was far better, breakfast was lovely, I find the hollandaise sauce a little tart so asked for it to be served on the side, this suited me better, waitress was attentive and overall a great breakfast

Eat here roughly once a fortnight, staff extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Haven’t had a bad meal there

Cote is my go to restaurant anytime of day .The food is spot on The service is Efficient and friendly.Atmospher is good and the background music not obtrusive. Menus to suit all pockets . Trust me this beats the competition hands down .

The food and service was, as usual, very good. Our party was made up of 6 and 3 were delayed but we were not made to feel that we had to rush in any way even though we were nearly the last table left. Thanks again to Julia who was very attentive

Having made a lunchtime reservation, it was disappointing to learn upon arrival that an engineer was present in the kitchen fixing a gas leak on the main cooker/grill. Consequently, a number of menu items would not available. We were give the menu to look at with the relevant items crossed out to see if we still wanted to dine there - the staff were extremely apologetic. By chance, the items we had intended to eat, were still available so we sat down and ordered. Having started our starter, the staff advised us that the gas leak had been fixed and the whole menu was available and did we wish to alter our main course choice - which we did not. The food was excellent, despite the issues that the staff were facing upon our arrival.

Restaurant is good we go fairly regularly, today it was busy and service was a little slow. Our food was a little over cooked but it won’t put us off returning. You have good and bad days everywhere. The menu is very good with lots of choices.

As regulars we always look forward to the really good friendly service and the food / wine to match. Cant wait for our next visit there! Anh & Dilys

Had a wonderful evening last night celebrating my disabled sister’s birthday. The food was delicious, service excellent and the staff exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. They even sang happy birthday to my sister and gave her a complimentary dessert. The disabled accessibility was brilliant! We will definitely be back. Thank you all so much.

We were greeted warmly by an adorable front of house lady who had a wonderful personality and great attention to detail. A wonderful ambassador for the company! She offered us the opportunity to sit outside in the sunshine which we did. Unfortunately our waiter had a rather different attitude, sullen and quite apparent that he really would rather not have been working on Easter Sunday!

As usual we had a lovely meal at Cote Bluewater. The service was really good and the staff are all so nice and friendly.

The ladies who greeted us were smiley and immediately receptive. We were able to choose a table, which is always a good start to the experience. The waiter was superb. Never pushy, always there at the right moment. Very respectful. Knew how to serve the plate of food... carefully and with due concern. Everything, including the complimentary rhubarb martini was excellent and the food itself, delicious. Our evening could not be faulted. I visit Cote very often and I am always very satisfied. Congratulations. You are all a great team and should be applauded. Thank you!

Servers are lovely and very polite as well as funny and attentitive, and the food is excellent. Overall a really lovely experience, deffinitely worth booking as is always busy but the tables are still spaced out!

I visit this restaurant at least 3-4 times per month. There are various senior managers on duty and the dining experience depends on who that may be. Today was average. The ladies toilets were not representative of an establishment that charges as much as you do. Clearly there is no procedure for checking on a regular basis. Also the music is terrible as usual. I also think that a meal such as sword fish which costs around £15 should come with a potato and veg rather than have to have a side of potato.

Once again another very pleasant visit to this location. Staff always very welcoming and attentive. Food was its usual high standards. We will return to enjoy the experience yet again.

Courses are almost always brought out too quickly! And glasses that are finished are never cleared away promptly. But overall always a nice experience with friendly staff although I think restaurants are usually understaffed.

It's one of our favourite restaurants, and the most favourite branch. We love everything there, the food is always tasty and fresh, good range of starters and main courses for any taste, staff is always friendly, helpful, they know the menu and their job. There's nice outside terrace. Totally child friendly. Can get buzzy at peak times but usually you can get a table no problem.

Delicious. We said we were on a hours break and the food came up immediately. Fantastic service We had steak and chips. Highly recommend. The restaurant was super busy as well but enough waiters all round. Lovely atmosphere

Cote is a favourite restaurant of ours. As usual we had perfect service and lovely food with a wide choice of menus. Probably as it was Valentines Day lunch it was a little noisy but the tables are never too close together so you feel hemmed in. Highly recommend Bluewater Cote.

Won’t be returning in a hurry. Service was very slow and staff were not very attentive. We got served our breakfast and then were forgotten about. We had to ask for our plates to be taken about 45 minutes after finishing, we had to ask for more drinks and we had to ask if we could pay because we sat with the bill for about 20 minutes!
