What a wonderful greeting, exceptional service,staff can not do enough for you. We had two children with us so unavoidable spilages of drinks, quite severe but the staff dealt with this so calmly and no one was made to feel uncomfortable. The special crepe grand Marnier was served superbly and the staff brought birthday cake I had dropped off earlier and sang Happy Birthday to our son making the whole dining experience very special. Food exceptional as always. Huge thank you to the wonderful staff who served us.

I had the 3 course set lunch menu & the food was really tasty, the selection was excellent & offered a good variety. My friend has an intolerance to garlic & onion, I was particularly impressed with how well this was handled & would happily return with my mum who has a gluten intolerance as I will be confident in their ability to cater for her.

Restaurant is good we go fairly regularly, today it was busy and service was a little slow. Our food was a little over cooked but it won’t put us off returning. You have good and bad days everywhere. The menu is very good with lots of choices.

We were greeted warmly by an adorable front of house lady who had a wonderful personality and great attention to detail. A wonderful ambassador for the company! She offered us the opportunity to sit outside in the sunshine which we did. Unfortunately our waiter had a rather different attitude, sullen and quite apparent that he really would rather not have been working on Easter Sunday!

It's one of our favourite restaurants, and the most favourite branch. We love everything there, the food is always tasty and fresh, good range of starters and main courses for any taste, staff is always friendly, helpful, they know the menu and their job. There's nice outside terrace. Totally child friendly. Can get buzzy at peak times but usually you can get a table no problem.

Cote at Bluewater is our favourite restaurant, myself and my partner have eaten there regularly over the last year, the food is always excellent & the staff are very friendly,prompt & courteous.

As usual a great experience the staff are so friendly and efficient food excellent a very busy evening due to Mothering Sunday but they coped smoothly all in all a lovely evening.

Service took way too long - 25 minutes to get a drink from ordering it! Disappointed as we went for my birthday! Literally only had 2 drinks whilst there (we were there for 3 hours) because everything took so long!!

Table for 5, 3 courses clean plates all round on every course, restaurant clean and pleasant, shame about the noise level, but it was mothering Sunday. With 2 bottles of wine and drinks and inclusive service charge, worked out at £46 per head

1.5 sausages in the sausage baguette. Why not 2? Card machine was down, waited 25 minutes to pay with an old strip reader machine. Appreciate this was out of the staff's control though.
