The staff are friendly,the service is prompt particularly when they know we are in a rush,the food is always to a good standard and tasty.It really is a winning formula.

A very enjoyable lunch with the family. Good varied menu and good service

This was my second visit to Cote and food and service was excellent again. I will be back next time I visit Bluewater in a few months .

Food was delicious, however service was quite slow. It took quite a while for someone to take our order and bring dessert menu.

We were advised on arrival (we had pre-booked in advance) for our late morning breakfast, that there were issues with the till system and that there would be delays to getting meals out etc. As we (my husband) were not in a hurry, we said we would sit down and go with the flow. Our order was taken and drinks duly arrived....whether it was because we were talking, time flew and we were presented with our breakfast eats. I had the Veggie breakfast which was really nice; my husband who loves poached eggs and smoked salmon, had 'Eggs Royale'. Disregarding the till issues (as were given the option to sit or not), it was great food as always. The staff were really apologetic and kept us informed, in case we wanted to change our mind, which we did not.

The staff are always very helpful in a very friendly way.Today we took advantage of the special cocktail offered when booking.It was so good that we would have it again.Breton stew as good ever.

Lovely food, good service and excellent value for money pre-theatre/lunch menu. We frequently dine at Cote as we love the food and ambiance. We will be dining again soon!

Having made a lunchtime reservation, it was disappointing to learn upon arrival that an engineer was present in the kitchen fixing a gas leak on the main cooker/grill. Consequently, a number of menu items would not available. We were give the menu to look at with the relevant items crossed out to see if we still wanted to dine there - the staff were extremely apologetic. By chance, the items we had intended to eat, were still available so we sat down and ordered. Having started our starter, the staff advised us that the gas leak had been fixed and the whole menu was available and did we wish to alter our main course choice - which we did not. The food was excellent, despite the issues that the staff were facing upon our arrival.

Up to the usual Cote standard. We are regulars at the Bluewater restaurant, and we always enjoy it. This was the first time we had been on a Sunday for lunch, and it met our expectations.

I always have experienced great food and service here. However dining at lunch time today the service was slow, it may have been because there was a change over with staff between certain times? We waited a long time for our plates to be cleared, to take more drinks and food orders etc and we had more than one waiter. Other than that, service was friendly and food was lovely.

Courses are almost always brought out too quickly! And glasses that are finished are never cleared away promptly. But overall always a nice experience with friendly staff although I think restaurants are usually understaffed.

The food was absolutely amazing. First time visiting cote and we where not disappointed! We will definitely be back very soon! All the staff were lovely . The only thing is to maybe offer couples alternative tables to being sat next to everyone. We had a loud couple next to us and spoilt it a bit

We took our daughter and 19-month old granddaughter to lunch today. The staff are excellent - very friendly and professional. My husband and I had the fixed priced lunch menu and our daughter ate off the a la carte - both options were delicious - the food arrived piping hot and well cooked. We couldn't fault anything. They even gave our granddaughter a free ice-cream. Love going there!

Excellent food, but quite noisy if you are near the service area. Good value all round love that the set menu changes monthly. April worked for me.

Table for 5, 3 courses clean plates all round on every course, restaurant clean and pleasant, shame about the noise level, but it was mothering Sunday. With 2 bottles of wine and drinks and inclusive service charge, worked out at £46 per head

The staff became aware that we were celebrating my wife's birthday, and sang happy birthday. A lovely gesture! The menu, as usual, was pleasingly varied and the food was excellent.

Despite it being a busy Saturday night, we received a genuinely warm welcome and were seated swiftly. Our food order was taken by a typically polite Cote waiter and brought without delay. Unfortunately, my meal looked as though it had been left to warm and therefore appeared rather sorrowful. Overall a pleasant dining experience but I do always wonder why 12.5% is added to everything? I’ll happily tip when I feel the service/experience warrants it, but struggle with it being an expectation. Yes, you can opt to remove it, but who does that?!

We go here often but haven’t been able to go for the last couple of months and it was fab to be back. The calamari was a yummy and my rib eye was wonderful. As for the ice cream with hot chocolate sauce mmmmmmmm. Such good value too.

It was very tasty food, friendly and helpful staff, free gin and tonic with the offer for each guest, one of my favorite restaurant, definitely will go again!
