Côte Bluewater

I always have experienced great food and service here. However dining at lunch time today the service was slow, it may have been because there was a change over with staff between certain times? We waited a long time for our plates to be cleared, to take more drinks and food orders etc and we had more than one waiter. Other than that, service was friendly and food was lovely.

Excellent breakfast with top quality produce. My positive experience today was helped by very friendly and courteous staff. Will definately recommend to my friends. Many thanks. Kind regards M.Bridges

Always enjoy our dining experience. This time I had mussels as a main and there were quite a few empty shells. About a third of them. The waiter and manager were very apologetic and handled our comments very well. They removed them from the bill plus a bit extra. Things go wrong sometimes for all companies. It’s how they deal with it that matters! We will be returning. Er love it there.

We Love going back to Cote Brasserie. Last visit was for a Valentines Meal. Compliments to the Chef and Staff 💕 Would recommend everytime 💕

Excellent food, fresh and tasty. Service was very good too, but the music was awful! Staff seemed to agree, apparently a lot of people comment on it.

Met up with friends for breakfast, very good value and wide selection of foods. Service was very good with friendly staff who all had a smile. Good location with easy parking. It can get a bit noisy when very busy, but overall a good place to eat.

We think this is the best restaurant ever! Staff are so friendly and even though they were really busy today the service and food were excellent .

Servers are lovely and very polite as well as funny and attentitive, and the food is excellent. Overall a really lovely experience, deffinitely worth booking as is always busy but the tables are still spaced out!

Cote at Bluewater is a very special place for my partner and I. The ambience of the restaurant is lovely & the staff are always very friendly & professional, the food is amazingly tasty & always cooked to perfection. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough!

Always have an amazing meal here. Without doubt the best restaurant in Bluewater. Fantastic staff, well prepared and freshly presented food, most importantly consistent in what they do. We work in the trade and won’t go anywhere else in the centre for a great meal out.the young Hungarian lady is always bubbly and excellent at what she does, she’s a credit to the brand.

My 9 year old daughter just loves the sourdough bread and olives, 10oz rib eye and frites with chocolate ice cream to finish! Best meal ever...thank you

I visit this restaurant at least 3-4 times per month. There are various senior managers on duty and the dining experience depends on who that may be. Today was average. The ladies toilets were not representative of an establishment that charges as much as you do. Clearly there is no procedure for checking on a regular basis. Also the music is terrible as usual. I also think that a meal such as sword fish which costs around £15 should come with a potato and veg rather than have to have a side of potato.

Always first class. From the welcome at the door the food and even when you sadly leave. Always cant wait to book again. Who needs theRitz when we haveCote??

Once again another very pleasant visit to this location. Staff always very welcoming and attentive. Food was its usual high standards. We will return to enjoy the experience yet again.

Courses are almost always brought out too quickly! And glasses that are finished are never cleared away promptly. But overall always a nice experience with friendly staff although I think restaurants are usually understaffed.

It's one of our favourite restaurants, and the most favourite branch. We love everything there, the food is always tasty and fresh, good range of starters and main courses for any taste, staff is always friendly, helpful, they know the menu and their job. There's nice outside terrace. Totally child friendly. Can get buzzy at peak times but usually you can get a table no problem.

Had a lovely experience at Cote in Bluewater, would definitely recommend after a day of shopping.

We visit Cotes, Bluewater at least once a week and must say our experience is always enjoyable. The staff are great and very obliging and remember us as regular patrons. I have not always liked the food but this is a personal thing. Our meal last night was delicious and we received a complimentary bottle of wine obtained through email, which made it even better.

We LOVE Cote! Whenever we are in Bluewater we always go to Cote. The quality of the food and the service is superb and excellent value for money. Cote is always our preferred restaurant wherever we are. We have also been to Cote in Sevenoaks and Covent Garden and find that their high standards and good value are the same. Thank you to everyone who works so hard to achieve those standards. We recommend Cote to all our friends and family.

Had a lovely lunch, food and service were very good.

Lovely ambience, friendly staff and delicious food. There is a wide variety of food choices but not too many that daunts you. A personal favourite of mine is the duck. I don’t normally have a dessert but I couldn’t resist the lemon tart and it certainly didn’t disappoint.

The food was good.....however, the drinks were very dear. No draft beer, just bottled £8 for a half pint plus a bottle of wine plus the service The bill came to £75, although we had the set menu!

Delicious. We said we were on a hours break and the food came up immediately. Fantastic service We had steak and chips. Highly recommend. The restaurant was super busy as well but enough waiters all round. Lovely atmosphere

The food was absolutely amazing. First time visiting cote and we where not disappointed! We will definitely be back very soon! All the staff were lovely . The only thing is to maybe offer couples alternative tables to being sat next to everyone. We had a loud couple next to us and spoilt it a bit

I think it’s a little bit of France in the heart of a fabulous shopping centre. Food , service and ambiance is always excellent. If you haven’t tried it then please give it a go. Arrive before 7 pm for their daily special menus.

Beautiful experience myself and my partner loved the food was amazing I had the duck and he had the cod they were both simply perfect definitely recommend

The food was perfect, great presentation and tasted amazing, the restaurant is a lovely setting, perfect for date night with my husband, and the staff were really friendly and professional.

Lovely meal, there was a slight mishap with the food due to a lack of communication on both ours and the severs but we were offered a huge discount without having to ask which made us feel very valued as customers! Love cotes will always be back!

We are regular diners here and the level of service and the quality of food are exceptional, they even let us have a takeaway service to take to our daughter in hospital.

Brilliant attentive staff, delicious breakfast in a very pleasant setting. I would strongly recommend Côte’s to family and friends and will be returning myself very soon. Really can’t applaud the staff Enough they go above and beyond.

The boeuf bourguignon that I ordered was excellent as usual, but the swordfish that my partner ordered was chewy and tasteless. As it was a special occasion she didn't want me to raise a complaint. The special dessert was excellent however. After many many visits to Cote, this was the first time that a meal has been disappointing. I'm sure we will visit again at some point, but Cote may not continue to be our first choice when choosing a restaurant in the future.

having been told there was a waiting time of 75 mins, we then were able to book a table for 30 mins later. Then when we approached the entrance watched people who had just rocked up without a booking get a table straightaway- very frustrating and doesnt make sense. Our waiter was great (tall chap with glasses) although the obnoxious table next to us took offence to him and insisted on having a waitress - not nice people. He was great and very polite to us so I hope nothing came of this. Food was great and value for money as expected at Cote.

Just had a meal at Cote this evening. It was Great food, the service was great from start to finish and the staff were very attentive. Will be back again soon
