One of our favourite restaurants which ticks all the boxes.

Excellent breakfast and always served quickly and piping hot . Several cups of tea from one pot and lovely fresh orange juice. Very polite staff.

As good as ever, but please bring back the monthly specials which were an incentive for return visits until lockdown. Regular diners are getting bored of an unchanged standard menu.

Delish full English , everything cooked to perfection and always hot . Pot of tea that you get 4-5 cups from and lovely fresh orange juice .

Great food and excellent service. I visit this restaurant most weeks and it is clear they have a virtual new team there (Due to pandemic) yet they have not allowed this to affect service levels.

I love Cote, it’s my favourite restaurant chain. The food is great every time although I do stick to the same two or three menu options every time. Service is good also. Online booking really easy and convenient.

Had lovely late breakfast, service excellent as usual all staff very friendly nothing too much trouble attitude which is very rare theses days. Looking forward to coming back as soon as you open in Dec. Hope all staff stay safe & thank you all very much ...

The service and staff were great but the Haddock from the specials menu was dry and not fresh tasting. Both our main course first choices were 'sold out' however it was the night before lockdown so stocks were probably low. A pleasant evening but could have been much better.

Rushed through first 2 courses. Main course very small. Shame because I have always had a good meal here before tonight.

Lovely way to end the last evening before lockdown 2. Restaurant busy all Covid rules were observed. Waitress was a credit to your restaurant.

Unfortunately our experience at Cote Bluewater was not good. The food was bland and I found a black nylon hair in my main course I sent back my meal back and the manager came to our table and said he would take appropriate action. He took of the cost of my meal and our desserts and coffees which was a nice gesture. Overall the food was poor with no flavour, to be honest nothing special and quite alot of money for poor quality

Was very cold in the restaurant tonight. CV19 secure was good, however a couple of staff member with masks below their nose. Not acceptable. There was a one way system, however you only knew this because of one member of staff telling you. Should be signs to show this as many people going the wrong way. Disappointed that so many items on the menu were unavailable. Desserts arrived cold. Couldn’t be bothered to complain, just wanted to leave. Not our best visit.

We congratulate your manageress for excellent attention to detail - she has an excellent customer-focussed attitude. Very unfortunate the rules are you will have to close - we will be back as soon as possible.

As always venue, staff and food amazing. See you in December hopefully.

sat in extension @Bluewater @1500. Everything much better than recent visits @1200-1300. Quantity & quality most acceptable.

Excellent as usual, but a couple of points. It would be nice to know who served us, could the waiters etc. have name badges? Disappointed to see that paper napkins have replaced the linen ones.

Friendly, efficient service. Staff constant and knowledgeable. Nothing too much trouble.
