Enjoyed the food and ambience. However, we requested that the children’s main course (and adult main courses) were not brought until the children’s starter had been finished. This was not the case, so had to rush finishing the starter.

Lovely lunch as usual in lovely surroundings. Perfect food and service.

Covid guidelines were in place and simple to follow. I felt safe and was able to enjoy my visit comfortably.

Excellent meal. Very Good service. Well organised re COVID 19 regulations. Had to wait rather longer than I wanted to pay the bill, although I appreciate times are a bit difficult at the moment for infection prevention and control. Always find Cote restaurants good value, especially outside of London!

The server was so lovely, he has served us and our young children before and he is super kind and patient.

Felt very safe. Staff wearing vsors and/ or masks and very attentive, pleasant and respectful.

Pleasant but service wasn’t as good as usual. One starter was forgotten, then one main meal was forgotten. Had to ask a couple of times for water etc.

I have always liked Cote Brassiere.It a shame we no longer have one in Maidstone as we really liked going there for breakfast. Glad that the one at Bluewater is still going.

I had two different waitresses but I assumed that was due to a shift change. Given that, the overall service was prompt and efficient. Main course was amazing, but I sent the dessert back. I ordered the October special which I’ve had before - Grand Marnier Crepe. It arrived with an overcooked, unbelievably thin crepe which was more like an ultra fine crisp unlike the soft crepe which I was expecting, as on my previous visit at a different branch. This was quickly rectified by staff and a prompt apology from the manager was appreciated. Note to self - maybe avoid crepes at this particular branch. Otherwise faultless.

Always a lovely experience at Bluewater Cote Brasserie. A real French feeling with such fresh produce.

Steak Frites are the best thing on the menu. Hands down i’ve eaten in very exclusive restaurants for steaks and have paid high prices for premium cuts. However the flavour in Steak Frites is so phenomenal I would take it every time over any steak i’ve ever eaten. If i had to eat one meal before i die, it would be that.

Have visited several times over the last few months and always had delicious food and great service - spilt my coffee on this visit and the waitress insisted on getting a fresh one - totally my fault but a lovely gesture!

First time eating at Cote in Bluewater since the plague. They had good covid precautions in place, service very pleasant and we enjoyed our meal. We only had our usual light lunch of a smoked salmon starter, plus a glass of wine and a coffee, but all very good.
