Côte Cambridge

Thank you Cote, Cambridge for making our evening so lovely. Celebrating my friend's 60th birthday in these challenging circumstances we weren't sure what to expect but your food was excellent, as was your service - what a great team you have. It was a lovely touch when you brought out the dessert treat and sung happy birthday. We all thoroughly enjoyed our evening with you and we will be back.

Made to feel welcome. Felt very safe, and meal was lovely. Service was excellent! Hope to be back again soon :-)

We frequent Cote regularly but a first for us in my home town. Conveniently located near the punts at Scudamores it made a nice follow up to an enjoyable time on the Cam.

Yes Cote tends to be reliable Experience was a little mediocre But breakfast generally nice and well priced I thought the service needed to be a little more smooth but overall fine.

Food, wine and ambience excellent. I objected to being asked to add a further tip “for the waiter” having already paid a 12.5% service charge. This was not the case at your Bishop’s Stortford restaurant a few days ago - is somebody infringing your company policy?

Asked for a round table and got it. Sensitive but engaging waitress. A very good evening. Food was excellent- everyone happy. Thank you.

Food and service very good. Limited choice understandable but there were no set menu’s which are usually very good value. Social distancing good and plenty of hand sanitizer.

As before lockdown, the food was delicious and the service excellent. Tables we’ll spread out and staff wore visors so we felt very safe there.

Lovely to be able to visit Cote once again, second visit this month and \s good as ever in all regards, everything thought through carefully.

As usual, a superb lunch shared with old friends. Rhubarb complimentary cocktail started off our lunch in high style. Thank you Cote and your wonderful young staff, as always.

Delicious food as always at Cote. Lovely ambience & friendly, helpful staff. Only minus point is it is the second time we have been to the Cambridge cote & both times have felt rushed through the meal , as no sooner have you finished one course than the next appears. Could have done with more time in between to enjoy the experience fully.

Everything excellent... good choice.. great atmosphere and tasty. Would go back again... only one observation - no cocktail or mocktail menu.

We had an amazing engagement dinner here, the staff have us excellent service, we had a complimentary glass of bubbly before a beautiful steak dinner and they really made us feel special!!

Fantastic food and good service - perfect especially under current circumstances.

Reduced menu means less choice Normally a busy bustling restaurant but not week leading to a lack of atmosphere. Staff as always very helpful doing their best still the best manager in town.

Food very good and service good. Open windows were good for ventilation. My only concern was I felt the table next to us felt closer than I was comfortable with.

The greeting system needs improving - we had a booking but had to queue in order to get to our table. Food was very good - service good no complaints there.
