As usual, a superb lunch with my husband and I both choosing from the seasonal specials. The monkfish and the side dish of Jerusalem artichoke gratin were delicious. Can't wait to return to either Cambridge or Bury St Edmunds Cotes. Linda and John Walker

Frequent diner at Cote, Cambridge. Always serve great food, love the ambient atmosphere, and the service is very good. I would recommend dining here without hesitation !

Overall a very nice meal with good service. My husband was a bit disappointed by the tuna Niçoise salad which had good tuna but not much salad. I enjoyed my complimentary chocolate mousse for dessert and the coffee was very good.

Two members of staff continued a conversation between themselves as we informed them of our reservation. An obviously regular diner was served, given menus etc. before us even though she arrived after us. We had to ask twice for condiments.

Lovely evening, initially I was disappointed that the Lamb had run out but I had the Chicken and it was delicious, hubby had a steak also very good. Staff were friendly and polite..

My experience is usually always 5-star at Cote. However on this visit the chicken was greatly overcooked, making it tough and tasteless. Very disappointing from our favourite restaurant in Cambridge.

Enjoyed the free cocktail to start and the food was great and the service was fast. Noisy large party near to us spoiled the occasion as we could hardly hear ourselves over them.

We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with you and had a fab evening! We were seated in a private area, the food was delicious and the service was great!

Yet another great meal. The consistency and good service mark this out from the usual chains. Set menus or a la carte are good and the wine list has restored my faith in French wines.

Wonderful night at Cote as always. Really do like Cote, as do a lot of my friends. Restaurant roomy and do not feel jammed in, unlike some other restaurants. Service and food always brilliant. Great menu choice and like how it every month you have specials, including different drinks.

A warm welcome and fantastic gluten free menu for my husband. Food was excellent quality and service was attentive without being overbearing. Great wine list. We will return.

Service was excellent from the maitre d’ showing us to our table and sorting out drinks. Attentive service from our waitress who treated my 11 year old son the same as myself, to the degree he had the confidence to request the bill. Food was lovely as usual so overall a very happy special meal for the two of us. Thank you.

Fabulous time we went for birthday celebrations and the waiter was brilliant we had free drink and a candle on the desert :-) , fantastic meal and we will definately be dining here again

Fab brasserie, great atmosphere, lovely menu choices and a wide drinks selection. Came for a girls long lunch, had a comfy booth, really enjoyed it and will be back!

Another delicious lunch at our favourite restaurant. We were offered complimentary gin and tonics, which were very nice, and I'll definitely like to have those again. Our starters from each of the two set menus were very nice- celeriac and potato soup, and moules. My only slight criticism is that a few of my mussels were empty, but as I'd chosen that starter because it was light, I didn't mind, my husband's steak was perfect as always and my pork tenderloin was so tender I could have cut it with a spoon! Highly recommended. Service and professionalism were perfect as always.

Delicious duck though our dishes arrived rather lukewarm. The manager put this right by offering desserts on the house, Much appreciated, Charming service from our Romanian waitress. Helpings are not large. Buzzy atmosphere.

Cote Cambridge is our "go to " when we want to have a perfect dinner . They are welcoming , the atmosphere is great & the food is consistently good.

We had a fabUlas time... staff rxcellent and charming... food brilliant except for my sea bass which was gorgeous but cold...we we’re not charged for that ....but it was disappointing... everything else was gorgeous.. We will return... 🙋🙋👍👍

Friendly staff. We both had vegetarian breakfast which was absolutely gorgeous. The wait was a bit long and service slow but it was a busy Saturday morning.

The whole dining experience here in Cambridge is perfect and Cote is our restaurant of choice as residents. The age group is a huge spread. We are in our seventies and love the vibe in this multi age restaurant.

Another excellent meal. The choices made the mouth water. We selected a bottle of wine which we had identified as being very much to our taste on a previous visit, and it didn't disappoint. The steak was cooked exactly to my specification. What more could you ask for?

Always love Cote Cambridge and this meal was no exception. Quick service for a before theatre dinner.

Wrong drinks arrived (vodka and tonic rather than the gin and tonic we asked for). The gratin potatoes arrived cold, I sent them back for the same ones to reappear 30s later after being microwaved up. Really disappointed.

Very nice fillet steak with a nice macon villages white and a calamari stater (was a lot of calamari!) It was a little hot in the restaurant but staff were all very friendly

One of our favourite venues to eat. Friendly staff, lovely food, bustling ambience, packed on a Saturday night but we felt, as always, as if we were valued customers. Everything was just perfect - thank you!

Had a family brunch for Father’s Day. Food was enjoyed by everyone and service was pleasant and not too slow.

We had booked for 5 but upgraded this to 9 and when we arrived it was a great oval table with fantastic service. I was truly impressed with the service from the waiters.

Arrived a few minutes early and asked to wait to be shown to our table' choice of 2. We had a great meal with equally good service. In addition as we had signed up to receive there newsletter we had a complimentary bottle of wine.

Lovely food, great location but does need some blinds on the front where the doors slide open, too hot to sit there when the sun is out.

The chicken special was a little dry (overcooked?) and rather large but my friend's fish pie was good. Hopefully, that was just a one off as Cote is very reliable normally
