Excellent consistent service and food, Cote is one of my favourite "chain" restaurants, I especially liked the ambiance, decor and how well presented both the food and the staff are.

Food is excellent, service impeccable and staff very friendly and efficient. I would recommend it to families, large groups, couples and even if you are eating alone the staff are very attentive. A very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

On the tourism trail with 3 friends we had booked a 2.30 table and arrived just before 1 because it had started to rain. The restaurant was very busy but pleasant staff found us a table, brought wine and olives while we read the menus and when we ordered the food arrived within a decent time given the busyness, there were enough staff to cope. Food was excellent, I very much enjoyed the chilled vichyssoise, roast loin of veal with interesting veg and seriously caramelised creme caramel yum.

Have visited Cote Brasserie, Canterbury many times since it first opened. Ambience is convivial with general chat, staff welcoming, cheerful and polite and food excellent.

Excellent service and very good value for money especially if you go for the set menu. Food was great and a great amount on the plate.

Very unwelcoming on arrival. Table right opposite food clearing station so we left without eating as it was so noisy there. Very disappointed as we had been looking forward to it

First time that I'd been to the Canterbury Cote. Was a really buzzie atmosphere , quite different to our Sevenoaks branch. As usual the staff were very chatty and attentive. Will go again when down that way

Lunch with my lovely mother and we had a great time. Lunch menu always good food and great value and enormous kirs to start. Sun shone and we sat on the terrace. Super staff. Perfect.

Was our first visit to Cote and was very impressed. Lovely ambiance, friendly and efficient staff and amazing food. Drinks were expensive though so check the prices before you order, we had 2 ports which were £8.50 each! Other than that a very enjoyable experience and would definitely return.

I am a regular visitor to Cote in Canterbury. The food is always good, the lunch and early evening menu is particularly good value. I also love the staff in this branch, always warm and welcoming and friendly. A very relaxed environment. Does get very busy at certain times though, so I always try and book a table.

Very nice three course dinner. My duck breast main was excellent and my other half said his steak was cooked perfectly. The creme brulee was also good. Only downside is they had run out of the starter we wanted, but the alternative suggested was good.

As with all the other Cote restaurants we have eaten in the food was of excellent quality and there was a good choice of meat and fish dishes. The staff were attentive and helpful and there was good selection of wine by the glass. Well placed in the main shopping street with a lovely terrace to sit on too.

Food was so yummy and service was good ! Only thing was we were placed right by the door and the draft was slightly cold.

Friendly, efficient young team gave us a warm welcome. Stylishly decorated, open and light spaces. Fresh food cooked to order, very tasty and quality ingredients. Plenty to choose from with a specials option too. Extensive wine list. Great liqueur coffees. Will return 👍🏻

Only there pre-theatre for set menu but delicious food and attentive friendly service (but not too much "in your face"). Excellent value for money and enjoyed sitting outside on a warm evening.

Very enjoyable, the atmosphere was very pleasant , the service was faultless and the food was great. I was made to feel very special as I was celebrating a birthday. We will definitely be back.;)

As always at Cotes excellent food and friendly service we all had a great time. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the evening especially the fish course they had.

Wonderful service, delicious food, amazing value; Cote always delivers! And last night we even had a lovely French waiter (or if he wasn't French he was doing a good impersonation). Great place for a pre theatre meal. The only disappointment was that there was no seabass left (at 6.00 pm).

As always - the very best place to eat in Canterbury! Excellent service and even better food. The new seasonal menu looks very enticing and will look forward to trying it out over the coming weeks.

food and service very good, unfortunately we were sat opposite the bar and the noise of the crockery and glasses being put away was immense coupled with the coffee machine marred the experience. Would go to this restaurant again but would refuse to sit in that part of the restaurant as we could not at times converse with ease due to the noise.

Food was okay but one of the group had to send her lamb back because it wasn't cooked as she had requested. The duck was reasonable but a bit rubbery. Table was so dark we had to use phones to provide enough light to read the menus! The staff were lovely.

Lovely food and excellent service with a smile ! I had breton chicken with frites and green beans . My guest had veal and both dishes were delicious and cooked to perfection . The wine recommendation was spot on .

Can't fault the meals we had, at three courses for £12.95 it was excellent value, backed up by good prompt service.Well done to all the staff.

We booked a table for an early pre-theatre meal and were delighted with the entire experience. Lovely staff, ambience and great food! So good we returned for brunch the following day!! and were not disappointed - delicious!! Only downside was that trying to book brunch the Quandoo app failed - so I didn't get my 100 points!!

We love Cote and had several meals here. Food great and service wonderful. Would recommend for quick shopping lunch or more leisurely 3 course indulgent get together with friends or family.
