Food was amazing as always, the staff were so friendly! Can't wait to go back!

The service was excellent, large portion sizes (I wasn't able to finish the last two courses!), great flavour and quality food. Will be going back!

The food is always incredible and so is the service. Cote in Cardiff Bay is my favourite and by far the best branch to eat at. The specials they have are very good and portion size great. My favourite place to eat and it's never disappointing. Excellent good and excellent service.

Great food and excellent service, fish stew and cod goujons were very good. The pavlova was unexpectedly good, with all sorts of fresh fruit and delicious meringue - recommended

The food was lovely, great price for pre theatre and a good choice. The service was poor, i had to remind the waiter for the wine which didn't come until we had finished our starter. They took so long coming to ask us for dessert, again we had to call the waiter over, he then said it would be at least a ten minute wait so we had to leave without one. It was busy buti have been here before when it has been just as busy and had a much better service.

We generally love Cote, but slightly disappointing this visit. The sirloin steak was poor, gristle and fat in abundance. It was countered by a free dessert which was welcome. Took an age to pay the bill as well. Not quite enough staff for a very busy Saturday in Cardiff `Bay.

The food was really not good! Steak was fatty all the way through, other main was cold, service wasn't great and had to wait to order drinks, just not a great experience and a waste of a lot of money!

Service was very slow with no-one paying particular attention to my Party of 12 and not checking if we were happy . At least four times we had to stand up and request someones assistance . I personally had the Pork Belly which was well shrunk and overcooked though still tasty . The Spinach was not up to normal standard (seasoning /Watery ) . Two of my guests had the Fish Pie , one well colored and one anemic ,no parsley garnish . Bread was not offered with the Vichysois . I did not feel that the £48.00 gratuity was value for money but being a Chef myself felt honor bound to pay it .. I often eat with you and smaller numbers are perhaps your forte and not groups . yours sincerely I.R Henson HCIMA.

We've never had a bad meal here and always excellent service. Can get a little noisy at times but doesn't bother us. We will definitely return !

Always consistent food standard and very good service. Reasonable value for money though drinks are pricey. Best value is pre 18.00 Monday to Friday. We are regular customers.

Service, ambience and food were 1st class. From the moment we entered we felt welcome. Staff were hard working and did not constantly hover. The food was stunning and food value.

Really good food and not too expensive. Nice place and lovely staff. Could do with a few more vegetarian choices but on the whole very good.

Great food and drink. Waiter could have been more engaging but overall good service. For a chain is a good option. Was quick and easy and great value.

Atmosphere was good, food was amazing and service was very good too. My only criticism was that there seemed to be too many tables, which made it a little cramped. Overall though, I would highly recommend and will definitely return 😊

Had a really enjoyable time over a very tasty meal. The staff were welcoming and not put out that we arrived nearly 30 minutes late (although I had phoned ahead to warn them). Service was relaxed and friendly.

Excellent service, beautiful food, lovely atmosphere. First visit there this evening, will definitely go again and would definitely recommend. Can't think of anything else to say.

The waiter/waitress was not attentive enough. They were very rude, when I requested for my dessert. The service was slow. It spoilt my dining experience.

Cote in Cardiff Bay, is a great place to go for a relaxing breakfast. staff always friendly. The breakfasts are always top notch especially the Vegetarian one!!.
