Côte Cheltenham

My wife and I always enjoy the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff. My family joined us for lunch on Easter Sunday and the food was good and my grandchildren children enjoyed the occasion.

A pity they would not allow seating upstairs with attractive views of Cheltenham or allow us to book a specific table.

Excellent service as always. Even when something goes a bit wrong they deal with it brilliantly

Had the set menu which was very good and the service during what was a very busy day and time (Cheltenham Jazz Festival) was great

An excellent meal for 4 of us- the only complaint we had was that the pork belly portion was very small indeed. Otherwise very good indeed

Excellent food , service very good and you complied with my request for providing a chair with arms as I am disabled. Thank you. As it was my birthday it was special and both my daughters and I enjoyed the evening.

Great food, excellent service in a lovely atmosphere. There were 10 of us including 3 children and we didn’t feel at all rushed. The only think I would say is that there isn’t a huge choice for vegetarians.

Great food - cooked everything very well, especially as we had a party of ten. Staff were also friendly and good fun. Would definitely recommend.

Delicious food. Very good wine. A delightful welcome. We were remembered from previous visits and made to feel very special. The staff at Cote in Cheltenham are wonderful and work hard to make each meal memorable and the food is always good , full of flavour with generous portions. The atmosphere is relaxed and happy and that must come from the staff.

Lovely meal for mums 80th, friendly staff and good service. Very good quality and excellent choices from three menus to choose from. Have been before and would go again.

Delightful evening,in Côte,once again ...this time in Cheltenham. Andrè looked after us with his usual good humour and attentiveness, even though it became extremely busy ! We can always rely on Côte ...good food, genial staff and warm atmosphere ...its never a disappointment.

Good food, good service and nice atmosphere. Quite noisy so not a place if you want a romantic meal out but ideal for groups.

As usual service excellent. Food brilliant. Andre our waiter very patient and efficient as usual. It was our Xmas meal,!! We took all 12 of our staff for dinner and they all had a great time and enjoyed their food. A really good reason we keep coming back regularly. We love it. Can always be relied on . Service was amazing, great start to a day at the Cheltenham festival. The staff were also very accommodating when we came back for an evening meal without booking a table. The food was very tasty and was served incredibly quickly.

Excellent meal last night at the Cheltenham Cote with my wife and daughter. Two of us ate off the Prestige Set Menu and my wife off the a la carte menu. Good choices and the food was well cooked and really enjoyable. Service was excellent. Thanks very much.

Fantastic food and fantastic service. Thoroughly enjoyable pre-theatre meal from the Prestige Menu which offers great value for money.

Always good to see a busy, friendly restaurant ; even at lunchtime and especially during these nervous times. Still a confusingly wide choice of three menus though.

The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were really friendly and polite. I ordered the swordfish special and though the meat was cooked perfectly it was sat on some really rather bland beans and sauce (tasting similar to baked beans) with a few pieces of rocket on top. It was rather disappointing which was a shame as everything else was brilliant. The waitress kindly offered a free bubbly and knocked £7 off the bill.

Excellent attentive waitress. Good choice of food. We all enjoyed our meals (party of four). Reassured that gluten free was taken seriously.

Very disappointing meal in Cheltenham. Tough & chewy steak, 'glazed' carrots that were just large boiled carrots with parsley on top (no glaze or finesse whatsoever). Pudding was dire. The praline crepe with caramelised banana was stale, tasteless & served on a plate that was dirty. I won't be returning any time soon.

We had a lovely evening and the staff were very attentive. I do believe though if you are going to add a gratuity to the bill this should be pointed out by the staff at the presentation of the bill
