Great staff and good service , we had a delicious 2course meal with wine , very good value for money . Always consistently good .

The restaurant in Cheltenham has an excellent range of menu choices and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was very well presented.

It's a well thought out proposition with tasty food served in a friendly atmosphere. It's minimally staffed mind you and when busy, which it usually is, can be slow. It's also all wooden decor which may be easier to keep clean, but noise levels become uncomfortably high very quickly. None if which will stop ya returning...

Nice food and friendly service. The bill was slow in arriving which was a bit of a pain but all in all a good experience.

Service poor. Main course dirty plates left on our table for about half an hour after eating completed. Fish ( Hake) not good, and bordering on "off". My companion found eating a half melon difficult as n o spoon provided and the melon was not cut well in it's skin so extracting it was a problem. Either it needs to be removed from it's skin in the kitchen or spoon provided.

This restaurant never fails to provide excellent food, service and good value. The atmosphere is fabulous, really buzzy and the staff a real delight. Don't know how we managed without it....

Great staff friendly and helpful, The food was lovely and they were willing to make a few changes to the dish as I am a bit fussy. Well worth a visit if in this area.

Very efficient and friendly service. No waiting times as everything appeared shortly after ordering (although this was on a Thursday and the restaurant was still heaving - have only been on weekends before and although really busy the service was excellent). Lovely food and a really good choice on the menu. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent - the most I have enjoyed a restaurant meal for a long time. The staff were attentive and good humoured. Our waiter even tried to teach us some Hungarian. Will be back soon.

Excellent value on the pre-7pm 3 course set meal with plenty of food choices. Air conditioning was a great bonus as it was a very hot day. Food quality was great and would have given a 6 but for the slightly pricey bottled beer. We had a great night and will definitely return.

My first visit to Cote in Cheltenham left me feeling most imprest. Everything i.e. food,service, atmosphere was superb.I found the price of the 3 course set lunch menu very competitive also.

Good starter, main and service was great. Only thing I could quibble is the dessert wasn't the best- one from the specials menu- (not so special).

Food and service was excelllent. The only thing that spoilt an outstanding evening was diners using FaceTime loudly on the adjoining table. Very rarely do we have a noise issue so will be back soon.

Poor service when we sat down, no one asked us we wanted any water or drinks, basically ignored for about 3/4 minutes. Food was good but not great. Expensive wine and you only get 175ml

Brought my parents to Cote for dinner on a Saturday night. Cannot fault the staff or the food - everything was excellent and we left very happy indeed. As we were walking down I had to change the table from 2 to 3 (I realised I'd booked for the wrong number) and they accommodated the last minute change smoothly and efficiently. Staff were attentive without being intrusive and I would say did their job to perfection.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. There is a wide range of food available. Their early bird special menu cannot be beaten for the quality of food for that price. The food was flavourful and would definitely recommend making a visit here.

Lovely setting, somewhat spoiled by the noise, so noisy because everyone got louder and louder trying to make themselves heard. However, the food is delicious and the service is excellent - friendly and efficient.

Prompt, courteous and friendly service; all 4 of us enjoyed our food (starters and mains) and I, as a coeliac, was so pleased to be given a gf menu with as much choice as those on the usual menu and to be spared the embarrassment of going through the dishes and missing out on sauces etc. Lots of desserts too, if only I'd had room!

Staff very friendly and efficient. Good menu reasonably priced. We had modules, fish cakes and tuna niçoise, all perfectly prepared. One minor negative: our wine was brought to the table but we had to ask for it to be opened and just poired

Food was alright. Not brilliant. Just alright. Which is probably not too awful a comment based on what the evening cost. However, it was very difficult to hold a conversation with our friends at our table due to the incredibly level of noise in the restaurant. What's more, we had to keep asking our waitress to repeat what she was saying. Admittedly a Saturday evening, but a few soft furnishings would help reduce the overall level of noise considerably. For this reason (noise level) we won't visit Côte Brasserie again.

Good atmosphere. Parking can be difficult. Langoustine tails starter disappointing, six very small breaded shapes, lacking in flavour. Steak was good. Staff friendly and efficient.

Service a little slow, but they were very busy....so all forgiven. Always great food, consistently good. I had haddock with lentils which was excellent. Recommend Cotes Cheltenham.

Great breakfast with varied menu and all well prepared. Staff was attentive and courteous. Nice atmosphere with a background noise level that permitted casual conversation. We weren't hurried out the door and were able to have an extended visit with friends.

Lovely food and very good service. Very professional. We had the calamari to start which is the best we have tasted in this country. The Breton fish stew was delicious also

My food (Breakfast - sausage, eggs, mushrooms) were all cold when served. Strawberry jam on the table had mould on the top. My son's order came out wrong "twice" and had to go back. Very disappointing as eaten there often before in the evening without complaint.

It was up to it's normal good/high standard, our bottle water was replenish without being ask, the food was piping hot although I did have to ask twice for my strawberry jam but it wont stop me going back!

Service was excellent. Unfortunately one of the main courses was underdone. The staff were very apologetic and a new course was cooked quickly but too late for the other person to eat at the same time. We were not charged for the one course. We would go back though.

Nicely placed table, excellent service, very good choice on the menus (main and specials), everyone enjoyed their choice of food and just enough time between courses to choose and talk. We will be returning soon.

The food was delicious and it arrived very quickly. The service was very good although I do object to the service charge being added to the bill. We were only a party of four!
