Côte Chichester

We had a delicious dinner and the service was excellent. I had recently joined the Cote loyalty scheme and had a very good bottle of wine on the house.

The meal was fine I asked for a starter that wasn't on the menu and it was made for me service was good Our waitress was very pleasant

Honestly, the best restaurant in Chichester. Staff are so attentive. Food delicious. Pre theatre menu and breakfast are faves. Veggie breakfast is super tasty. Brilliant value too.

Excellent food which is always reliably of a good standard and good value for money. Good menu choices with monthly specials, daily offers and a la carte.

My choice for my 50th birthday breakfast with my family at another branch of Côte. Complimentary drinks provided to whole table. Staff worked very accommodating with my family's pre surprise decorating the breakfast table. Nothing was too much trouble.

Did not get a seat by the window as requested but food was good and service attentive. Would prefer service charge to be my choose.

Can't beat it for service, flavoursome food and great atmosphere. My number one restaurant. Very good value for money and their house red is smooth and delicious.

Always reliable: an interesting menu of well-cooked, well-presented and delicious dishes, served by very-well trained efficient and friendly staff in atmospheric surroundings. Both the Chichester and the Brighton restaurants are equally good and have never failed to deliver. Our favourite 'go to' place to eat.

The food at Cotes in Chichester is always good. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable. The restaurant is always busy and it is advisable to book in advance.

We like the food, which is unfussy, consistent and delicious. Any special requests are always fulfilled with the minimum of fuss. The waiters are very attentive and friendly waiters and we like the atmosphere, there always seems to be a buzz in our branch.

The service was very good, and the food was good as always. White Wine had to be sent back as it was warm. it would be good to get a decent table having prior booked rather than one near the thoroughfare.

We'be been coming here pretty regularly and always receive a warm welcome. Service is friendly and efficient. The food is beautifully cooked - this time a meltingly soft confit duck and always-guaranteed-to-deliver pork belly followed by a generously fruity tarte tatin for both of us. Full marks, as usual.

Delightful welcome, superb professional service, the menu we wanted and all cooked perfectly. Spotless restaurant everywhere including the toilet. The manager is obviously on the ball!

This was my second visit to Cote Chichester. The staff were pleasant and dealt with my my complaint, regarding why all 4 members of my party had to choose from the a la carte menu in order to qualify for the free bottle of wine, with patience and courtesy but did not convince me. I will not be fooled again! The atmosphere in the restaurant was clean and fresh but very very noisey. The sound absorbing panels in the ceiling do not work. I will not be back in the near future. We had a lovely late lunch on Sunday at the Chichester branch. The food was fabulous and our waiter Leslie was very attentive and friendly. We are looking forward to returning soon.

Set menu was very good value at 3 courses for 12.95. Delicious food with wonderful subtle flavours. Service could not be faulted. Will come again!

A lovely occasion, relaxing ambiance, delicious food and attentive staff. All of this and eating off the special lunch menu it was all a very reasonable price. I can thoroughly recommend it.

Good value pre theatre menu offering 2 or 3 courses for under £15. Plenty of choice and excellent service. Very busy best to book. Arrived at 6pm restaurant very busy.

We have eaten in Cote Chichester on numerous occasions and have had excellent food. Sadly on this occasion the meal was not as good as previous and we had to send my husbands starter of calamari back as they were overlooked and rubbery. The manager dealt with this straight away in a professional manner and I can only think the chef was having a bad day. It will not stop us from returning as all previous visits have been excellent.

Food was fine. Service competent, but service charge extortionate! Evening ruined. Pay your staff a proper wage! I won't be back and I shall advise my friends accordingly.
