We visit Cote several times a year and this was the best lunch in a long time. In particular, the staff are always friendly and welcoming.
Always great food and service here...worth every penny! We attended for breakfast this morning and it came fast and was delicious, service was punctual and friendly. Couldn't ask for more!
Tasty food, reliable as always. A taste of France in the U.K. Friendly, knowledgeable, excellent service. Good choice of wine. Very good value for money
Always friendly staff food and atmosphere! Favourite restaurant in chichester. Cannot fault anything, the food is amazing took my family there for the first time and they absolutely loved it and they will be coming back again I'm sure.
being too close to the next table next to you so that their conversation intrudes into your own, the food was only ordinary but the price was really expensive, you can get greater value and privacy elsewhere
Reliable, dependable and every time you visit you know you'll have an excellent meal served by cheerful, friendly and helpful staff. Good gluten-free choice too.
Food as ever was very good indeed. I find sometimes there is a fairly long wait to be served, but I would recommend Cote to my friends.
Food was amazing! Nice and cozy restaurant. Staff took very good care about us! Thank you to head chef- Darius! Will come again! Thank you
A very busy Sunday afternoon but we were promptly seated and served. The food was good and there were no extended periods between courses. The staff were pleasant, efficient, and there were enough of them to provide good service. A good afternoon.
We booked at a busy time in early evening, but the service was very quick and attentive. We enjoyed our food as always and had a bottle of their Cremant sparkling wine to go with it, which was lovely. I thoroughly recommend Cote Brasserie and We'll definitely return when we next visit Chichester for the theatre.
As always a lovely experience with nice atmosphere good food and friendly staff. The restaurant was busy but there was no waiting for any of our courses.
Always a good experience at Cote but on this occasion not quite up to scratch. I had the Steak au poivre which although hot and properly cooked medium rare was overly salted and more fatty than I would like. I put this down to a random less than optimum piece of beef. Fries and spinach were fine. My partner had the haddock in pancetta with Puy lentils always a favourite and it did not disappoint.
The food was very good, service perfect. Will go again. Good value for money. The menu is quite French and the house wine was quite palatable.
Excellent service and good food.. I just wish the phrase 'complimentary water' could be dropped - it doesn't sit well with a quality restaurant of this standard
Excellent breakfast - great food and first class service. well worth the visit to Chichester just to have breakfast at Cote! We will be back!
A lovely meal early evening before a show. I enjoyed the soup and the duck confit which was delicious. My partner had The charcuterie board and pork belly - the belly was a little over cooked. Drinks were very good and a great range to choose from.
Super menu, gorgeous food, great service - thank you. What a nice change to go outfor supper and have such lovely food. We will re-visit soon.
Great staff and fabulous food - a really nice atmosphere in the restaurant - very nice ingredients and lots of choices - and good wine !!
My prawn gratiné was good and my spinach, mushroom and cheese crêpe was excellent as ever. My wife's calamari was too heavy with oil and her crêpe ( the same one as mine) was lacking in cheese sauce rendering it rather dry. Some staff are friendly and engaging, others tend to be somewhat offhand and, occasionally, rather officious. The 'La Place' Sauvignon Blanc was as good as usual.
Great experience, great food and friendly staff, the manager could not have done more for us, he and his team were excellent. Many thanks. Richard voaden
This was our first time dining at a Cote restaurant. We registered for their reward scheme prior to booking and got a free bottle of wine worth £24.95 (the wine was excellent by the way). To get the free bottle of wine, 2 of us had to choose from the ala-carte menu whereas the other 3 chose from the early diners menu. The food was great - not large portions - but we all came away feeling satisfied. What was strange was the one of the mains didn't come with potatoes included in the price.. so effectively it was just a piece of chicken - albeit very nice chicken.. so we had to order frites as a side .. which was an additional cost. The staff were very attentive. The restaurant was clean and tidy. The only other thing to mention was the children's menu - its designed for 7 year olds .. so we ended up ordering from the ala-carte for our 11 year old .. which i'm glad we did, because as stated earlier, the portions are not very large! We would definitely back to try other dishes from the menu.
Great choice of imaginative dishes, beautifully presented. Very pleasant and efficient staff. Restaurant centrally located, well designed and decorated, giving a good atmosphere for diners.
We had a really lovely meal to celebrate our daughter's engagement. Excellent food and unobtrusive but attentive service; great atmosphere. Will be going back again soon.
Busy, good atmosphere, good drinks and excellent food. We had the set menu and all four of us agreed it was excellent value for money.
First class breakfast with the grandchildren who loved it. Service outstanding - could not have been better bad the food was delicious. We will be back!!
I eat at Cote in Chichester regularly with family and friends, and always enjoy a 1st Class service. The food is freshly cooked and presented beautifully.
A couple out on Friday evening for an evening meal Good food and service in a good atmosphere Competitive price Well worth the evening visit
Made welcome on arrival at restaurant , very efficient helpful staff, good food with pleasant surroundings. Will be going there again with my family and friends.
Always fantastic. Staff very attentific. Food choice always great, wine selection magical and I'm struggling to say any more as there is nothing more I can say !!

Delicious meal, nice staff and ambiance. Served well in time for the theatre at 7.30. Our usual table available around the side of the restuarant.
As always we were very happy with our experience this evening. It was very busy but the staff were attentive to help make everything go with a swing!!
I think Cote Brasserie is probably the best value for a meal in Chichester especially on account of the wide variety of dishes on offer - and there are plenty of restaurants with which to compare it. For a light meal, the Chicken Liver Parfait with toasted brioche is excellent, for a main course I always recommend Fish Parmentier to friends. Previously, when booking online, one could request a particular table or position in the restaurant - I wasn't sure that this was still possible last time I booked.
Good service and a convivial atmosphere and very nice food. Never disappointed. Was a Mother's day treat and offered great value and a lovely evening for Mum
The restaurant and service was great. However all our steaks were over cooked - ordered medium rare. Very disappointing since we had gone there specifically for steak. With hindsight should have sent them back.
Excellent service. Very friendly atmosphere. All staff were courteous and welcoming. Would definitely recommend visiting Cote, Chichester. We will certainly be returning for another enjoyable night out.
As always excellent food and service. Cote Chichester is our favourite restaurant. The Special menu of 3 courses for £11.95 is excellent value. I always have steak fritz!
Very good atmosphere, very lively. Service very pleasant, if a little slow. Always a good experience. Best breakfast in town. Will be going there again
As always excellent! But the size of the mussels were very small. The restaurant chain should buy them from Brittany, northern France - the best ever. No problems with buying them frozen and then preparing moules marine preferable with thin skinny French fries!!
Great food and good service as always. Good value with various loyalty offers, free Kir Royale and starter. Set menu is very good value. .
On arrival we were promptly shown to our table. We chose the set lunch menu. The meal was enjoyable & we had good service during our lunch.
Staff and food great (except dessert was a little disappointing) and are both of a high standard. They need better specials as the main menu does not change and as we eat there at least once a month the a la carte and special menu are the same dishes with nothing new.
very good. fast efficient service which we needed as were going bowling. Food was very nice. god choice. kids enjoyed their meal. Clean & tidy.
Great food and great service too. We had our free bottle of wine for joining the reward scheme and they also gave the Birthday girl a free drink which was nice.
Always quick, but not rushed, service. Friendly staff. Extremely good value for money. The best cappuccino anywhere. Consistent quality across the whole chain. There should be more Cote Brasseries opened.
Cote Brasserie is always excellent. Friendly welcome; prompt, friendly and efficient service; very delicious food from a good choice of menu; nice atmosphere - everything was just fine. We even received a glass of kir royale each because I'd recently had a birthday.
My starter was overcooked and cold and should have been hot and my main chicken with couscous the couscous did not taste very nice so not totally happy.
Six of us all had full English breakfast with tea and toast. Very efficient service and we enjoyed the whole experience. The surroundings are very pleasant and Cote is very near the centre of Chichester, so very handy for shoppers.
Good quality food and value for money. The service was friendly but we had to ask for a couple of things twice. It was a busy Friday so this was probably understandable.
As always this is an excellent, good value place to eat as the food choice is lovely, the quality superb and the service is always great - the fixed menu is the best deal.
Second visit to Cote in Chichester and again, very pleased with the food (nice and hot), and the service. The restaurant was busy and had a good atmosphere with friendly staff.
