Always a welcome. Always good food. Out choice for pretheatre. Good choice of food. Bread to die for. Never disappointed after many years and many visits.

We were given a warm welcome and our waitress was extremely attentive and helpful. Our meals and wine were great and although a very busy night, at no time did we feel hurried.

The staff are always great here. Just a shame due to a big party not sitting together that our meal consisted of people standing all around us and us having to shout to each other to hear at the table

This time was for breakfast ( yet again ) - and in my opinion the best ANYwhere in the local area! Superb quality and choice with excellent service and spoltlessly clean environment

Excellent staff, excellent menu and a brilliant waitress Anna. The restaurant was packed, but I had previously booked a table and so the manager showed us to our table and then Anna took over. All the food was perfectly prepared and presented and we spent a very pleasant hour and a half.

Great food as always but it is the staff at the Chichester restaurant which really make every visit an enjoyable experience! The staff are very welcoming and seem happy in their work, which is extremely rare to find in this day & age. This warm atmosphere filters through to the customers & is why we are regular visitors.

I was very disappointed when I was told we could not have the complimentary gin and tonic unless we ordered from the main menu. Nowhere was this previously mentioned. Cote is our fall back restaurant when we travel around so this has left a "bitter" taste with us.

We were well received and our table which was booked was ready for us. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The food was good especially as the staff had to carry it downstairs from the first floor where it was cooked. Overall a good experience.

Chichester Cote is always a pleasure to visit. The food and the customer service are excellent. We visited on a Saturday evening and despite being busy the service was very attentive and we didn’t have to wait for our food.

The usual excellent, tasty and good value meal at Cote. The service was excellent and the staff pleasant and attentive. We also enjoyed our blood orange cocktail as a benefit of being on the mailing list! We'll be back!

Busy restaurant. Was a little understaffed for the number of diners. Expensive rib eye steak which was very fatty and grisly. We were not asked how our meal was at any point during the evening. Waitress tried her best and was very nice but she was overstretched.

We eat here fairly regularly and the quality and service is always good on this occasion we had the benefit of a complimentary blood orange martini which was excellent.

Such a lovely atmosphere, staff were extremely polite and friendly. The Valentine’s Menu was simply delicious! I had the flavoursome prawn gratiné and the fillet steak with celeriac purée, which was cooked to perfection! Fantastic evening -couldn’t fault it! Thank you Côte Chichester!

Another wonderful meal at Cote Chichester. Prawns, moulds, frites, crepes and pork geeky followed by a chocolate pot, absolutely delicious 👍 The complimentary blood orange Cocktails were to die for ❤️❤️

Excellent restaurant in the heart of the city. I arrived a little early - my table was ready The restaurant was busy being Saturday evening. Despite this my order was taken and served promptly by the friendly efficient staff. The food was, needless to say, delicious. Will certainly return [if I can get a table] Highly recommended

Lovely experience best place in Chichester food was well prepared and hot , the service was superb with all staff Well done we will be back!!!! Eastbourne could do with a Cote restaurant come on Cote we need a decent restaurant in Eastbourne East Sussex where I live.

As always it is a great pleasure to eat at the branch of Cote in Chichester good food and drink but mainly of the wonderful caring service I get every time I have been in the branch. It is always a great joy to visit.

Always great food, well prepared. Would have been nice had the server who dropped greasy, dirty cutlery in my lap had apologised and tried to do something about it. Embarrassing trouser stain covered by jacket during theatre trip. Gratuity reduced accordingly.

As usual, an excellent meal served at my special table No. 12 which is always reserved for me. I am planning a Charity Dinner at in aid of St Wilfrids Hospice later in the summer.

Excellent evening. All staff courteous and welcoming and accommodating my husband’s deafness. Food piping hot and delicious.

Lunch with my Wife today which was excellent. It began though with a little situation with another couple of diners, over the choice of a particular table. It was resolved without fuss by us, moving to another table which was totally unappreciated by the morons making all the fuss. However, the lovely staff did appreciate it, by not only thanking us but also providing a couple of Kir Royals on the house. Pro active service like this puts other restaurants in the shade and Côte Brasserie, Chichester deserves much credit. 10 outa 10.

Good welcome. Table location good. Right level of time to check menu before our server came to take our order. Cold glass for cold beer please in future.

Had to wait a long time, main courses had clearly been under a hot lamp waiting to be served had had dried up - disappointing.

I come fairly often with friends for breakfast, lunch or later meal (prior going to the theatre). Food excellent and lovely staff. A great atmosphere and always very welcoming.

Good food great ambiance. All staff very attentive. Had not visited for a while and really enjoyed the visit once again. Hope to return soon

Excellent food and service as ususal. We had the prawn gratinee, moules, pork belly and mushrooms/spinach crepes, all without exception delicious. We are in their loyalty programme and received two complimentary gin cocktails as we dined from the a la carte menu. We usually try and take advantage of these monthly offers. Cote Chichester is becoming one of our favourite places to eat. It is very popular and we usually see people turned away at lunchtime as they are full. For this reason it’s always best to reserve a table.

Really nice buzzy restaurant! choice was very good, food was tasty and our waiter was top notch. Will look forward to coming back next time we’re in Chi!

Main course was average but dessert of profiteroles was poor-they tasted like cheap, shop bought rather than quality-very stale. The table was booked via a link for complimentary cocktails offer but there was no mention of how the deal worked at the restaurant which suggests to me that customers are encouraged to book a table but the company do not really want to offer the special deals. To sum up, £49 for a burger, a mushroom crepe, stale profiteroles, one orange juice and one cider does not seem good value whatsoever.

Really great food and staff excellent, the service charge was a little over the top though would prefer to be left to my own accord on how much i would like to tip.

The service was very good as was the atmosphere as always but my breakfast had to be sent back once as the plate was running in water. When it returned replated with new poached fess it was no better. The bacon was undercooked and very fatty also. I have often eaten at Cote and was sad the cooking and quality of food was so below par today.

Your staff are, as ever, a delight. It is not just that they are efficient and courteous, they are happy and the atmosphere makes the whole meal a pleasure as well as having the excellent meal to eat.

I had the salmon from the set menu which was very satisfactory but had an over abundance of peas. More green beans would have appreciated or even perhaps another vegetable such as broccoli or carrots. My wife had the lamb which she thoroughly enjoyed.

Good food and friendly staff. A good service. We eat here on a regular basis and are always satisfied with the quality. Good vegetarian menu also.

Great restaurant and wonderful to have confidence in gluten free menu. Would definitely recommend for lunch. Lovely staff too who were well trained. Couldn’t fault it.

My wife and I visited Cotes Chichester on Sunday 10th of Feb. and had the most delicious meal, it made our day when we also received a complimentary bottle of wine.We love dinning at Cotes where the staff and service are first class, we shall return. Mr Kenny

We were very pleased that our friend booked us for last Sunday's evening meal at Cote in Chichester. The service was extremely friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. As a vegan/vegetarian couple, we were delighted to have a choice on the menu. We will certainly return to Cote in the future.
