Very friendly & attenuative staff. Excellent cleanliness with an emphasis on safety. A bit too much noise from the street having to have all the doors open but hopefully this will improve when traffic from Turnham Green terrace is banned.

Great value mid week lunch. Think the portion size for the fish pie may have gone down a bit, but its still a good size. Conversely the size of the chocolate mousse was massive and tasted great.

Disappointed with quality of two of our parties main courses. We have been to Cote many times and in the past have been very satisfied; lately we have felt the standard has slipped.

We had a very new waitress and had a little difficulty using the machine to place order. We had 2 mains plus frites. One of our mains came first on it's own obviously re order as a starter. The waitress was very apologetic and very sweet. My companion always says the moules served at Cote's are the best in Chiswick. This time however dtheynwere not. May not have been as fresh as usual.

Service excellent, but the avocado in my vegetarian breakfast was totally unripe so I wasn’t able to eat any of it. Perhaps it should be taken off the menu when they’re not in season? I think customers would prefer not to have one than to waste food that’s inedible. Many thanks

Always enjoy a meal at Cote’s. Very friendly service, great food. Good wine selection. Reasonably priced. A winning formula, indeed! Recommended to friends visiting UK.

As reliable as ever - ambience and quality of food excellent. The staff are amazing- cheerful and efficient- but they are under excessive pressure. The place is horribly understaffed. If you don’t relieve that pressure a bit, you’ll lose them and one of the attractions of Cote is seeing the same staff and feeling recognised and known. That’s what makes the difference between a “local” restaurant and a faceless chain...

The ambiance of Cotes Chiswick is comfortable, relaxing and good to look at. The staff were inviting and very customer focus, with very high standards of good etiquette. My Cod Goujons were very over cooked and hard to eat. Not happy with that meal. We waited about 20mins for our order.

Staff efficient and friendly. Enjoyed the food, although one of the guests thought his risotto was a bit bland. Not keen on the mirrors. Toilet location a bit problematic for those with mobility issues. Is this made clear on the website?

My family and I were celebrating my daughter’s imminent departure to Vietnam, along with her partner Ethan, where they will be undertaking a teaching programme for 1 year. Cote Chiswick is Jess’s favourite restaurant and of course to be served by Viktor was the “icing on the cake!” The restaurant was very busy, practically every table was occupied and there were 3 large parties enjoying birthday celebrations. The charming Martina and her team were AMAZING! The level of service was outstanding - considering the number of guests to satisfy……a remarkable achievement. We all enjoyed delicious, skilfully prepared food, the pan roasted monkfish fillet wrapped in bacon was absolutely superb! Thank you to all the Chiswick Team and special noteworthy thanks to Viktor and Martina!

Lovely evening at Cote, Turnham Green Terrace. Food excellent and tasty as per usual - just the acoustics - seemed to have been quite a few noisy, rowdy tables around us!

I had been a guest at Cote Brasserie_ Chiswick some time ago. I had cousins from Johannesburg visiting and decided because of the great experience of my last visit, I would treat them to dinner at Cote Brasserie., Reservation was made online which received a prompt response, with a further reminder on the day of the dinner arrangements. We arrived and were welcomed by a charming young man, who somehow new immediately who we were, showed us to our table, away from the kitchen and toilets, this was requested on reservation. the young lady who attended us at our table was very accommodating and extremely patient, nothing was too much trouble for her. My cousins and I had a really good meal and a fun-filled pleasant evening. Thank you Cote Brasserie for making this a night to remember... Don Pharo

Good as always. We always enjoy our visit to Cotes Chiswick. Possibly too much salt added which wasn't necessary, but this is a common mistake. Low noise level - very good

Cote is always dependable and the quality of the food is good and value for money. We eat here a lot. Other branches are not as good. A meal recently at the St Martin's lane branch was disappointing and the service less friendly. Here the staff are friendly and efficient. A meal last year in the Bournemouth branch was awful. Other branches we have used in Barnes, Covent Garden, Wimbledon, Amersham and Kensington have been good. Long may this last.

Disappointed... ordered wine when ordering the meal...was noted served drinks until half way through the main course, despite requesting three times. Additionally had to request the check another two time. Service was inattentive even though there appeared plenty of staff. On a good note... the welcome was warm and the seating very prompt whilst being given a choice of seating opportunities.

I had the half chicken, my mum had the sea bass and my son had the salmon. We loved the food and the creme brûlée for dessert was amazing! We were at Chiswick this time but usually eat at the Ealing restaurant. The food is great at both and so is the service. Our waitress at Chiswick today was super helpful and very prompt. The woman we think is probably the manageress at Ealing is always super-on-the-ball and always makes a point of saying hello to my elderly mum. Thanks Cote.

We went in for Sunday brunch and ordered breakfast , we particularly asked for the poached eggs to be soft but they were hard so we sent them back and they came back perfect . We ordered bloody Mary’s and were told they had no tomato juice which is not very good as we went in for brunch and bloody Mary’s . We asked the manager if she could get some tomato juice she said she would try but nothing happened and they didn’t get any . There is a super market a few doors down and a marks and Spencer and a Sainsbury’s and a Tesco all 2 minutes walk so i don’t understand why this could not be sorted especially as we booked brocade we received an email promoting bank holiday brunch . We are loyal Cote customers so this was a bit disappointing..

Great Breakfast! Friendly, fast service. Lovely waitress who took interest in the group. We had a very early breakfast, so very few people in there. Lacked a bit of atmosphere - but not a bad thing as there was a big group of us and we were there for a breakfast meeting.

It was a real shame today as although the food was delicious, the service was poor. Our order got completely mixed up, our fillet steak was not cooked as requested and some of our order was missed completely. Not what I had hoped for when brining the whole family over for a nice mother’s day meal.
