Excellent breakfast from a good selection, lovely gluten-free toast and delicious orange juice; relaxed surroundings with excellent service. Managed to fill a hungry teenager too.

It would have been six but the girl who served us wasn't as friendly as those who served us before. never seen her smile at all.

Having used this venue several times, I have always found the staff welcoming and efficient and the food is delicious. As an inexpensive local restaurant I think it cannot be bettered!!

Disappointing as although menu and food were good, service was poor. We had to order our wine twice, and then ordered a second bottle which never arrived. We also waited about 40 minutes for our main course - too few staff for how busy the restaurant was.

Excellent. But no Pimms available being the only downside to an otherwise very nice lunch. 9 out of 10 ! Staff very helpful and polite

Table is promptly available, service is very good and the food choices are excellent. The range of selections and the various pricing options will suit any budget.

Lovely restaurant, great atmosphere and good staff. Starters were very good, however it was let down on mains. We all had steak, and everyone had a very average meal. Steak was reasonably tough and pretty tasteless; and at £20 a steak I would of expected better. A real shame as previous trips have been perfect.

After hearing great reviews about the return to tonight was our first visit. We were made to feel very welcome, couldn't fault the service and the food was fabulous. We will be returning g again

Excellent breakfast at this brilliant restaurant. Staff and service were faultless. My wife and I enjoyed so much that we are going to return later this week.

It was extremely busy and took 5 mins to be seated and some time before able to order but service excellent thereon. Food very good.

Arrived at the Cirencester CB, where we were greeted with a friendly welcome. Having been before and enjoyed Great food, my friend and I deem it to be our "catch up yak" jaunt...Has such a buzzy atmosphere...... where on each occasion staff have given very personable service. Rosey & Jo

Really good food,was very busy in the restaurant so the service was a bit slow but then I was there for an evening out so it wasn't really a problem. Overall had a lovely meal as always, (never had a bad one) and already booked to go for Mother's Day breakfast!

Good food and service. Broad menu with wide choice. Noisy but acoustics cannot be altered. Reasonable price and helpful that service charge is included. Waiters and waitresses well trained

Exceptional service from the moment we walked in to settling the bill! Food was superb and we certainly couldn't fault it. Throughout the meal the staff were very attentive and we couldn't have asked for better service. The food arrived very quickly, it was cooked perfectly and this was during a very busy lunch time service. All I can say is Well Done! and we can't wait to come back soon!!

A friendly and buzzing restaurant with very helpful and attentive staff from when we entered to when we left and the waiter was at the door to wish us good night. Portions are very ample. I had the salad nicoise which was in the 'light meals' section and it was huge! Nice to have a tuna steak instead of the tinned tuna which restaurants often put with this dish. We shall certainly be back. Not a fine dining experience but a very satisfying one.

We had a pleasant welcome and service throughout the meal was also excellent. The food was tasty but we found the coffee at the end of the meal rather bitter.

Great venue, good food, but my wife's steak was over cooked, however we did get compensation for that so overall very good and we'll be back very soon

This was our first visit to Cote in Cirencester, it's a great restaurant right in the heart of Cirencester. Delicious meal, relaxing environment and friendly staff - we will be back.

Excellent meal, Learnt not to order bread and olives at same time as ordering the main course, which arrived long before we had finished the bread and olives. Asked for and received our reward bottle of wine, but were then charged for it! This was sorted out with apologies, so no harm done. Overall a very enjoyable evening, thank you

A very pleasant evening and food was excellent. Restaurant was busy and some of the other guests were somewhat noisy but having said that, it was a Saturday night in a vibrant location. Being seated near the window at the front of restaurant didn't really affect us. Staff we're friendly and attentive. We were given a free bottle of wine as part of the Cote Rewards scheme which was good. Need to be aware of the "optional" service charge of 12.5% which is automatically added to the bill - it is the customers choice to pay or not, no pressure from waiting staff. Highly recommended and good French cuisine!! Have been before and will certainly go again.

A lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere, friendly staff and fabulous food. It's well worth a visit and seems very popular indeed. Suitable for all ages.

Although we had booked but arrived a little early. We were told our table would be ready soon and shown to a little table on the main walkway for staff and guests while we waited for our table. We waited for 20 minutes ( without being offered a drink ) before a different but quieter table was offered. I guess I having a moan. It was wonderfully busy which made for a buzzy atmosphere and the food was good. I am just slightly concerned with the 2 sitting mentality and the squashing in of tables (Bad planning )

Service was excellent very friendly and efficient staff and the food was excellent as always, looking forward to next visit. It is probably my favourite restaurants to eat in in Cirencester.

A pleasant experience and helpful staff. A slight difficulty in sorting out the complimentary bottle of wine was solved by a helpful member of staff. The best advert, for me, was a full restaurant on a Wednesday evening. Well done. Food 8/10

Service & food not as good as in the past. Perhaps just an off night as we have had excellent meals there in the past.

We made the mistake of visiting during Cheltenham Gold Cup week, very busy, although I understand they are in business to make money. Lovely Staff.

Not to the standard it usually is. Menu was limited on a Sunday so had to go a la carte. Prices seemed more expensive than before too. Not sure I'd go back again. Definitely not a Sunday venue more of a mid week lunchtime place.

excellent choice of food.two/three course menu great value.staff very attentive nothing is too much trouble. the location is excellent in a charming street in the centre of Cirencester.

We were made very welcome and the staff were very friendly. We ordered our meal and were all very satisfied with it, although there was a bit of a delay between courses. We shall come again.

Visited for lunch, restaurant was busy, but we had excellent service from friendly staff tasty, food came quickly and was very tasty. Would definitely eat at Cote again

Good choice and value from both the standard and early weekly dining menu. Friendly, efficient service in a restaurant which is usually busy enough to have a good atmosphere.

The welcome was good. The staff wanted to do that little but extra to make the experience enjoyable. Th food was excellent as usual, just a little bit different from the norm.
