Excellent. Staff, food and service wonderful. Would highly recommend.

Good service, friendly staff, food was lovely. When I said that the white wine was warm it was replaced immediately. Our server spilt a little wine on me and to apologise (which wasn’t necessary as I wasn’t upset) they brought some port along with the cheese. That’s proper customer service.

Visited with friends to celebrate my wife's birthday, the staff were delightful, particularly our waitress - Christina, the manager- Craig and Aimee the assistant manager, the welcome was warm and the surprise glasses of sparkling rosé were totally unexpected as was my wife's complimentary desert with a birthday candle! The food and service were outstanding. The whole experience was thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you.

Had reservation for Mothers Day. Restaurant busy, very good atmosphere. Waited a little longer than usual, but that only to be expected as restaurant totally full. Food was great, arrived hot and very very tasty, great quality. Service was very good also, excellent staff. Certainly going back, always a fan of Cote. I recommend to anyone who is visiting Gloucester Quays.

Had breakfast for my husbands birthday .. the waitress was exceptional even provided a danish with a candle and sang happy birthday .. great food and outstanding service

The manageress is amazing. Food had a couple of small errors but staff more than made up for it. Waiter was new but friendly and receptive to feedback.

I booked at table at Gloucester quays for my Birthday i was made to feel very special a Birthday card off the lovely staff a glass of bubbly & Happy Birthday sang to me ..thankyou so much for the excellent service & food 😊..

We always have a great time at Cote the food and service is always excellent would recommend to anyone while visiting Gloucester Quays. My husband wears an hearing aid and sometimes it can be a little noisey so he is unable to hear our conversations if we are in a group of friends but all in all a great night to have.

Constant battle to get tap water placed on the table. A side was missed from the order. The space was too loud - making our table of 8 difficult to manage for a family reunion. Upstairs kitchen uses the same route to the upstairs toilets as customers, making the route to the loos bizarrely perilous - especially around the corner. I would not visit this restaurant again.

A great evening with lovely food, I'm not much of a fish eater but I had the March special of Monkfish, really enjoyed it. Well looked after by Craig and his staff, they can never do enough for you.

We've visited Cotes in Cheltenham and Gloucester many times and always enjoyed the service and the food. Usually buzzing with diners of all ages which creates a great atmosphere. We selected lamb chops which were cooked exactly as we asked and were very tasty and tender. We finished this with Cotes famous Crete caramel, which is fabulous. On this occasion we were in Gloucester and were warmly received and had excellent service. The noise level in both these restaurants is high as all hard surfaces and nothing to dull the sound, as oldies we do sometimes find it rather hard to converse, but we enjoy the atmosphere.

Brilliant service good food and value for money - asked for a dessert that wasn’t on the menu that had had previously -checked with the chef and no problem was made specially and was yummy 😋

Lovely meal, staff went out their way to make the meal special for my boyfriends 21st birthday-we were given a complimentary glass of Kir royale upon arrival and they also sung happy birthday for him whilst presenting the dessert which had been decorated for his birthday too. We thought the food was amazing, service was lovely, setting was great, nice team of staff who all seemed to get a long well and were v customer focused - kind, attentive and thoughtful. We will definitely be coming back!

This restaurant is one of the best in Gloucester. This visit we were given 5 star treatment from start to finish. Our request for a booth seat was attended and as it was not available as we arrived we were invited to sit at another table and given a free drink of our choice while we waited. A few minutes we were taken to our chosen seat. The staff were attentive without being overpowering, the food was excellent in appearance and taste. Well done to everybody who made our visit so perfect, we will be back again soon.

Amazing restaurant, great location, incredible food, they have background music which is perfect for setting an atmosphere, but its not too loud that you can’t chat while enjoying your meal.

Food was excellent and staff were very attentive. This is one of my favourite restaurants at the Quays and the one we visit most often.

Always great value for money. However service little slow this time, think server was new! The three course set menu is fantastic value! Love the overall experience!

As usual we were well received though earlier than our time booked, given a nice table and also every attention by the staff. For the first time I ordered steak/frites. For me the meal had a very high salt content, but when mentioned the bill was adjusted to compensate. Pleasant surroundings, conveniently situated in Gloucester Quays, our dining experience was up to normal standard and the dessert was as delicious as always.

We had a fabulous meal last night with wonderful flavours. There was an extensive choice on the menu. Staff were very attentive and worked really hard. Would definitely recommend Cotes Brasserie in Gloucester and will be going back again soon.

Had a lovely meal & we have been a few times before but on this visit we booked through the newsletter & should have had a free bottle of wine, but we were charged. We would have had it anyway so didn't complain but it was a shame that we were charged.

As usual, good service great food and friendly staff love the gluten free menu it is as comprehensive as the main menu

There was a few dishes that weren’t available which had been swapped for similar things and we weren’t advised until we ordered, the waiter apologied though.

This is the second visit to Côte in Gloucester. We've had great food and service on both occasions. Last occasion was our anniversary and staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating. Food was delicious and dietary requirements were not an issue. I would definitely recommend eating here and will definitely be eating here again.

We were made to feel very welcome by Becky and enjoyed a lovely meal in great surroundings. We chose to eat from the set menu and were delighted with the choice available and value for money.
