Côte Gloucester

Food was amazing as always , however our evening was rushed - in 50 minutes we had eaten starters abs desserts and had been asked 4 times by 3 different members of staff what we would like for dessert , despite asking for a break - decided not to bother- I did make this known to waitress. Table booked 8.30 pm and out by 9.30 pm ... not much of an evening out as we had wanted .

Busy Tuesday lunchtime in Gloucester quays with discount.The service was excellent,properly trained and organised staff.Nicely paced meal and food was delicious. Cote may not be cheap but it's the standout restaurant on Gloucester Quays. Once the dine out discount ends we look forward to lunch menus and discounts returning. Could not fault today's experience.

We had a lunchtime meal which was delicious. The service and the staff were excellent especially in these very challenging times would definitely recommend.

Staff were not very attentive, Service was slow, Waited over 20 mins to be served because staff were standing around chatting instead of looking out for there customers. Clumsy staff dropping and breaking things. Not the best experience and then to put £4.75 service charge on the bill is a joke specially when they do not deserve it!

As ever - Côte served us up scrumptious food. The attention to detail is excellent. Seasoning a dish can often be the undoing of good food when you get it wrong. Côte never seem to get it wrong! And the staff are the same. They are never stand offish or too grand. They just seem to be able to welcome you in, show their interest in giving you good service, chat if that’s what you want, then leave you to get on with your meal in peace. Never been disappointed yet!

Cote brass Gloucester is our favourite, the staff are ace give them all a raise.

Another lovely meal at Cote. The staff are charming and efficient, and we’ve never come away feeling disappointed with the food or the service. Post lockdown everything is still perfect, apart from the extra precautions, hand sanitisers, space between diners and face masks things feel back to normal. Thank you to all the staff for a pleasant evening

Food seems to be different from the other Cote Brasserie. Something is missing but overall a great culinary experience.

Service and Restaurant superb not to be faulted. However ordered Lobster but so disappointed.It had no meat at all, I had about 3 penny sized pieces. Not sure if it was over cooked? but the flesh had disappeared. Staff were brilliant and offered me another meal and didn’t charge for the lobster or my alternative meal. I just think the chef would of seen it wasn’t right before serving. So disappointing and had to eat my meal alone as my partner had already finished when it arrived. The Salmon meal as an alternative was beautiful. Staff excellent like I said,very understanding and polite and partners steak was beautiful.

A lovely place to go if you are in the quays. A higher end option, but at a sensible price.

We were celebrating our 34th anniversary with a romantic meal for 2 and requested the little booth for the evening this was facilitated followed by a complementary glass of sparkling wine and several of the staff came to wish us happy anniversary during our lovely meal. We then ordered dessert and it came on a shared plate with happy anniversary written in chocolate on it 💕 the bill was so cheep we had to question it an they had also given us the dessert for free. Such a lovely gesture, lovely staff and fabulous food we will be back x x thank you Shannon and Charlotte for fabulous service x x 👍

A lovely venue with such nice food, our whole party had a wonderful time and will celebrate birthdays again at your venue.

Wonderful family meal, fresh hot tasty food all perfectly seasoned and presented beautifully with class, fantastic staff very attentive to all of our needs throughout the dining experience I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys amazing food with a lovely atmosphere and great staff.

The only thing I didn't personally enjoy was that my Seabass main came entire with all the bones which makes it a fiddly job to eat. However, I understand that this is how some prefer to cook it. Everything else was excellent and we really enjoyed the evening, food and service.
