Whilst maintaining Covid regulations we were still able to enjoy lunch feeling safe. Professionalism from all staff was key from start to finish. Highly recommended

We actually left the burger restaurant next door as the service was extremely slow and walked into Cote where we were seated swiftly. We were served by Robert who was an absolute delight. He served us promptly and professionally in a lovely friendly manner and advised us on wine/champagne options which we were grateful for and followed his suggestion which was superb. The icing on the cake was the complimentary creme de cassis he left for us because; ‘we looked liked we’d enjoy it’... Kir Royals are a favourite of mine. Food arrived hot and promptly. My husband and I eat everywhere from Novikov to Nando’s and have graced different Cote restaurants which have all offered great service many times but today’s service from Robert was exceptional and greatly appreciated. Many thanks also to the rest of the team who were all superb. We’ll certainly be back.

The waiter, Robert - was engaging, positive and funny! We are all in such a strange time at present, but when someone makes the bold decision to go out and eat, it is made so much better when the waiter gives you a genuine impression that they want you to be there- eating in their restaurant. Robert did this in a brilliant way today. This definitely made our choice the right one! The food and drink was also superb, as expected. Thank you!

Lovely meal with excellent service. For a starter I had the Fig, endive and goats cheese salad and my husband had Prawn gratinee. For the main we shared Chateaubriand. Both courses really appreciated.

Cameron is a great manager and the whole operation runs very smoothly with a well trained team under him. The quality of food is consistent and it is a pleasure to take our guests there, confident that we will always receive excellent service and a skilfully prepared meal.

Staff were delightful, friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble.

Warm and professional service, calamari was quite salty but the half grilled chicken was very nice.

We had a lovely meal outside by the river, the waiter was lovely, very attentive but not hurrying us at all, and the food was delicious!

We are regular customers of Cote Kingston as the team there a fantastic, providing consistently personable and professional service. It works well for the whole family and even our son, age 7 chose it for dinner on his Birthday. The food just ticks all the boxes for any occasion. We have plenty of favourites, but the fish stew is to die for.

My husband and I had a most enjoyable lunch at your restaurant today. The meal was one of the nicest ones I have had at Cote restaurants, and we have visited quite a few, both in London and locally. The staff are very pleasant and efficient and service was first class. We were also given an outside table which I had requested in my booking so all in all it was a great afternoon. Thank you.

All up to Cotes normal high standard but the Beef Bourguignon was not good. Not bad enough to send it back but just not very good.

I like Cote, the service is always excellent and at Kingston if you drink enough wine and squint at the river you can almost believe yourself to be in Paris. Since re-opening Cote are only offering a limited menu and not the full alternative vegetarian menu they usually have. This is very limiting as there is only goats cheese as a starter, followed by a goats cheese salad or cheese filled ravioli as a main. I have been quite a few times recently but because of the menu limitations I will not return until a full menu is available. The menu is fine for carnivores and a gluten free meno is still available.

Had a lovely pre-cinema dinner at Cote on Friday. Initially we were offered a table in the middle of the dining room but when we asked to move, it was no problem to get a table at the window - perfect. Our server was very friendly and service was quick. My chicken salad was very tasty. Always a pleasure at Cote.

Stopped for brunch which was excellent value and received lovely service. Highly recommend and very important currently to support this great business.

Lovely late lunch in the Kingston branch with a table overlooking the river. Lovely food and attentive service. We were able to take our time and did not feel rushed at any point. Excellent Covid safety practices in place. Tables and chairs all cleaned and sanitised as guests leave and toilets cleaned and sanitised very regularly. We felt very reassured. All in all a lovely lunch and we will be back.
