Good food, well served by properly trained waiting staff. Very busy but no pressure to hurry up and tables spaced out well enough to give some privacy. Pleasant riverside location.

Always good at Cote, both price wise and food wise. Today even on a Monday, staff seemed somewhat overstretched so service was rather slow. It's always busy at Cote which makes it a tad noisy. Staff remain cheerful and helpful despite being very busy. Very good value for money.

We arrived and were greeted by very friendly staff. It was really busy so we were happy to have a booth at the back of the restaurant. Food came out quickly and was tasty. Good service all the way through

Manager was really helpful. Despite it being a very busy, sunny day, he accommodated us well within 15 minutes outside overlooking the river. Thank you.

Our table was ready and waiting, within a very busy lunchtime restaurant. As usual, the food was excellent, and we are never disappointed whenever we visit a Cote restaurant.

Good value lunch by the river. Pleasant staff although very busy. Food is good for the price. Buzzy ideal for meeting friends for lunch. The chain seems to be very reliable.

Had a fabulous meal on Saturday 4th from the anniversary menu, so decided to go back on the following Saturday, took friends but wish we hadn't. The steaks were supposed to be medium rare but we're rare and gristley ( very chewy ). Then I noticed on the bill a surcharge of £2 on each steak, why have a set menu and then stick on a surcharge for certain items? Very disappointing after having such a fabulous meal the previous week.

Friendly efficient staff. The fish soup was excellent. Only drawback was that it was a little bit loud and was difficult to hear what my lunch guest was saying.

We love dining at Côte's but we're disappointed with our experience with this one. We sent back a bowl which was dirty. The finger bowl for the moules had cold not not water. The bread came out to go with the fish stew much in advance. Small wine ordered and large came which was then changed. Nothing really major but not up to the standard that we are used to.

Not haute cuisine, but good bistro fare in a relaxed pleasant space which is busy but not too noisy. Good service. Consistently good steak frites and creme caramel.

We had a lovely evening, I was greeted with a glass of Kirk royal as a little perk for my birthday, which was a lovely start of the evening. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. Food was delicious. We were seated outside as we requested what made evening even more enjoyable as the sun was shining, lovely summery evening.

The food as ever was excellent, however, service was painfully slow, perhaps due to it being Sunday and the proximity of the Hampton Court flower show.

The food was really tasty and good portions and staff were excellent - very helpful and we had a lovely time. The only not so good point was the noise in the restaurant. We normally sit outside, weather permitting, but the noise is really loud inside.

From the minute we arrived everything was perfect. The great table in a booth - the attention but no too much of it! The menu was great and I could have eaten it all. We had the celebration meal, glass of champers and three courses for £27.50. The food was classic French and the taste of it all threw me back to Lovely trips to France in our campervan ! We will be going again very soon.

Food was very nice. waitress very friendly and accommodating. My only comment is there were 9 of us altogether- but for some reason we were advised two tables could not be pushed together as we were outside. It was 8am and very quiet so we couldn't quite understand the reason for this.

Worst service ever for a Vote Restaurant. We were a party of 3. 3 of us ordered melon which just never arrived. After a long wait we were told they would be coming, after another wait were told the kitchen couldn't do it. So approx 20 minutes after 1 starter arrived we had to reorder. One of us ordered tuna and requested it to be well done and it had to be sent back ad it was not as requested. Very busy and staff struggling to cope.

Very busy and very noisy - so hard to hear conversation with fellow guests. Service not quite so good as it was so busy. Food good as always but enjoyment spoiled by noise levels.
