My wife and I had lunch today to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. It was our first time we have eaten here and it won't be our last. Excellent service, value for money and food. Thank you!

My experience of Cote restaurants tells me that plenty of time is spent training their staff in how to give great customer service (so often missing from eateries today). Couple this with consistently great food, makes Cote a sure fire winner with me. Highly recommended.

Our main meal order was taken down incorrectly so we had to wait additional time for them to sort it. The fillet steak wasnt cooked how I requested and I think it may have been sitting under a hot plate while they were sorting out the other meal as it tasted bland. However the service from the staff and manager was amazing couldn't apologise enough for the error with the food and we didnt even complain and they automatically provided us with a discount and removed our drinks from the order. It was amazing service and extremely professional. Due to this I would go back and give them another go. Restaurant looks lovely as well.

It was all good with just the right level of interaction with the friendly staff.

Where we were sat was near the kitchen where there must of been a door or window open we were so cold asked several times if whatever was open be closed as we were so cold but not once was it closed ruined the meal couldn't enjoy it.

Good place, good ambiance, friendly staff. We had a very pleasant evening.

Steak chewy table too small couldn’t get all our order on it ,had to wait 30 minutes to pay bill as computer went down,wouldn’t go back

Good food and comfortable atmosphere. Serve was just right. Only negative was with the complimentary cocktails. At first only half the group got them, and then they appeared on the bill! Once pointed out they apologized and removed from the bill.
