This was my first visit to Cote in Manchester. I go to the London Chiswick Cote on a regular basis and it's my favourite restaurant. The Manchester branch is up there on a level with the Chiswick one. Service was good, the food excellent and the ambience perfect. My lamb rump was tasty and cooked to perfection, as was my partner's duck main course. Will definitely revisit the next time I'm in Manchester.

Great food and atmosphere, and our waitress was excellent. We told the manageress what a great waitress she was.

Lunch with friends and food and service was spot on. We had the breaded chicken with fennel for mains and ordered sides of chips but couldn’t eat many of them because of the generous portions. It’s getting to be a regular habit. I’ve never heard a bad word about this place.

French Onion soup was very tasty but lacked the zing I have in other Cote's - this could be down to the fact it was just warm when I received it. I personally think it needs to be quite hot to really appreciate the full flavours. The duck was perfectly cooked (pink) but was quite a chew. The cheese board and bread was the best part of the meal, although I did have to ask for more bread. Over all a 'nice' meal but not the real delight I was looking forward too.

Met 2 friends that hadn't seen for some time so atmosphere/noise levels just right for a relaxed catch-up. Food very good too - as usual!

Impressive quality of food on the prestige lunch menu. Enjoyed the calamari and the ribeye steak. Would highly recommend the Muscadet wine also.

Super French brasserie style food and ambience. Been about 5 times in last 9 months. Excellent quality and value. Lovely cheerful service. Have given many recommendations to friends who have all enjoyed their visits. Set menus are tasty and fairly filling. A la carte and drinks all very reasonable. You wouldn't expect this standard and value at a chain restaurant. The cheapest set menu at £11.95 for two courses is what you might expect at a rural relais routier but the restaurant is quite elegant.

Good food good service excellent pre theatre dinner. Shared starters of crab mayonnaise and charcuterie board. Mains - rib eye steak and beef bourguignon. All very tasty.

Another good evening at Cote Manchester. The staff are always great and recognise those returning guests. Food was great good steaks

Saturday afternoon late lunch with my husband, ate from the pre theatre menu, food was gorgeous and excellent value for money. 2 courses each and a bottle of red wine all for £40.

Visited this restaurant many times , the staff are lovely and the service is very good. The restaurant isn’t too large so it’s not too noisy. The food had always been lovely but in this occasion both my mum and I had the fish goujons from the a la carte menu. They weren’t up to the usual standard and quite hard in texture, yes we should have complained but like I said the food here had always been good and hopefully it’s a one off.

Had an amazing New Year day lunch very enjoyable atmosphere staff very attentive. Food really tasty and very well presented on the plate would highly recommend.

The staff are always friendly, welcoming and helpful with my Mother who has mobility problems. Lovely atmosphere ,there was five of us dining and we all really enjoyed the meals and it was a lovely evening.

We had a very enjoyable meal recently which was also great value for money. The service was good even though the restaurant was very busy with Christmas revelers! My friend, who is ceoliac, appreciated the gluten free menu.

Very varied menues well priced. Food was good and very well presented, friendly staff but service charge automatically added to bill was rather too high.

Good services, delicious meal ,lovely atmosphere, although the dish is not very big, it is reasonable prices. My friend and I did have a good time at there.

We love the food at Cote, it was our first visit to Manchester Cote. We didn’t leave a tip because we didn’t feel our waiter was attentive enough which is not like this at other Cote restaurants.

There were 5 of us who dined here and we all enjoyed our food. We would return but the only thing that stops it getting a top marks rating is the fact that they add a service charge onto the bill. Not a fan of places that do so.

Great meal ..all four of us enjoyed it .Staff were excellent .The Christmas menu had plenty too choose from and the wine was superb.Always enjoy a visit to Cote!!

First class service. Food was extremely tasty and well cooked. Minted peas were delicious. The restaurant was lovely and clean, not too big which makes it feel cozy. All in all a very enjoyable experience.
