Excellent afternoon with friendly helpful and informative staff ensuring we were looked after from the moment we entered the Restaurant. Food was excellent we had a lamb dish cooked perfectly and a chicken dish very tasty. The wine which was recommended was delicious . Dessert to die for we were in chocolate heaven .

Love this reastarant, staff are fab, foods lush. Will recommend it to everyone... Looking forward to returning... Booking it for my friends birthday next month xx

My favourite breckers place and staff are so friendly. They were also very accommadating with our Guide Dog puppy in training. Food is excellent and always brilliantly presented.

Food and restaurant experience good but very slow service today. Shortage of actual serving staff - requests for additional items were forgotten. We queried whether 12.5 gratuity was worth it but paid anyway. Would return but hope service improves.

Parmentier too much garlic for personal taste. Tarte aux pomme pastry like leather. They did deduct this from the bill. few customers in gave the experience a bit of a depressing atmosphere upstairs. Waiters very pleasant and the food was well presented and served relatively quickly.

nice conversion of former bank into modern stylish brasserie, good location. Pre theatre menu great value. Steak Frites was delicious. Service pleasant. Great addition to Newcastle casual dining scene

Really nice atmosphere. Staff were really friendly and helpful. They would recommend the nice side dishes with our food. The food was delicious and desserts were gorgeous! Also the coffees served afterwards were 5*! Thank you!

Food was perfect and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone! Overall however, it was the service that really made this restaurant stand out, very impressed. Will definitely be returning again soon.

Food and sevice both excellent. Only niggle was that no bread provided with starter ( or before) and lots of lovely sauce that therefore went to waste.
