The staff were very attentive and very helpful during our breakfast. Nothing more could have been done and we had a very pleasant breakfast experience.

Great service, great food. The 3 course menu had plenty of choice. I chose the Eggs Benedict for my starter, Steak Frites for the main course and Apple Crumble for dessert. Wonderful!

They forgot the soup. Offered me olives, glass of wine, etc., as I thought, to compensate. But we had to pay for it. The meal was fine. The cappuccino was poor. The 12.5% "optional" gratutuity was already on the bill. I like to decide for myself if the service has been good.

The waiter was polite, friendly and very efficient. Our table, group of 4 all selected from the lunch/early evening menu as we were eating before 19:00 and although the portions weren't huge, after having 3 courses we were all full. The food was really nice and tasty and for £12.95 - 3 course meal, exceptional value.

Had a really lovely evening meal with a friend before the cinema. Tables looked lovely on entry, staff always welcoming and friendly. Food was great and nicely presented. Object to a gratuity put on to the bill anywhere, but they do state it goes directly to the staff - let's hope so!

Food was excellent, however staff were too busy having a good time with each other rather than concentration on the service they were providing to the customer.

We had Fantastic food and there was a great atmosphere! This was the perfect restaurant for a girls day out. Desserts were some of the best I've had in a long time.

I was with my disabled husband, who is a wheelchair user: the ramp was ready and we were given a table near the door as requested. We were offered bread, with butter, while we waited for the main course - but no separate bread knife or plate, so we used main course knives which were laid down, covered with butter, on the table. Our main courses of duck breast with cheesy potatoes, and fish pie, were good, but when I asked if there were any side vegetables, the waitress said no. We felt £14 odd was a lot to pay for no veg. The desserts were excellent. Not sure I would rush back, however.

As always, Cote never fails to deliver. Delicious food and excellent, friendly service. The set menu @ £13 for 3 courses is the cheapest in Norwich and the crème caramel is to die for - the best we've ever tasted. Well done Cote!

Mother's Day lunch - very good food, but inconsistent service. We ordered a dessert which did not arrive. Mother's Day is busy, but no excuse for this oversight.

At Cotes I always expect a good meal and great service. Our recent meal was fabulous. Good selection of specials to choose from and a lovely atmosphere. Especially enjoyed the complimentary bottle of red wine as a part of their rewards scheme.
