Côte Oxford

The staff are always very professional and the food is consistently good. Have eaten at Cote in excess of 30 times and only ever had one bad meal, a very overcooked pork belly in the Bluewater restaurant in Kent. Other than that, it has been ten out of ten every time.

Oxford cote was having problems with its gas supply when we arrived for Sunday lunch. The manager explained that there might be a delay but we accepted this and settled at our table. Within a few minutes bread and olives arrived “on the house”. A nice gesture which made the wait seem not long at all. Thank you oxford cote.

Excellent post theatre meals with friends. Good location for the Oxford theatres. Very busy, but the staff were very attentive and friendly. Lovely evening out.

Daniel really made our lunch special. We will be back tomorrow for more fabulous weekend chicken and gratin potatoes. Every day is a great day to go to Cote's. Mum and I could eat here everyday!

Eaten here twice now recently, excellent value for money and great food. Ribeye steak to die for, cooked to perfection with hollandaise and truffle oil sauce. Service is friendly, helpful and attentive - great place.

We always have such a wonderful meal and a lovely time at Oxford Cote Tonight was my sons 13th Birthday and he had chosen to spend it at Cote OXFORD The Staff went out of there way to make sure that he had such a wonderful time, singing happy birthday to him, giving him a welcome drink A wonderful place to visit

Very friendly and attentive staff. Delicious French cuisine that would be difficult to find elsewhere in Oxford. The ambiance was pleasant, with the background music at just the right level.

We ate from the Premier menu and the whole meal was very good. Service was good as usual. I noticed that portion sizes have reduced for example with the frites which is a shame

Superb food & a great atmosphere. Attentive staff without rushing you. Three of us dined there each having a 3 course meal with different dishes & Allen of them were delicious. We will definitely return. I would recommend booking if possible as it gets very busy.

Lovely food in pleasant surrounding but the BIG plus is the staff who are fantastic! Set menu is excellent value for money. Would strongly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic as always from start to finish, felt thoroughly spoilt on our Anniversary Celebration, starting with a glass of champagne and finishing with a free bottle of wine, well done Cotes.

Our request for a quiet yet well lit area of the restaurant was clearly taken on board. The waiter was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The complimentary blood orange martini cocktail was delicious. We had a super time celebrating my mother’s 82nd birthday.

Our experience with cote oxford was so good that we went back the following night too. All though there is so much choice in oxford we just couldnt go anywhere else. From the food to the staff everything was excellent couldnt fault it.

In an area of Oxford abounding with restaurants, Cote stands out from the rest. Its excitingly French menu is filled with the most tempting of dishes. Its atmosphere is inviting but pleasantly calm. Its staff are friendly, welcoming and charmingly helpful. Formidable!

Lovley quick lunch before the theatre, my steak was cooked perfectly. Fresh ingredients and pleasant setting. My only recommendation is to book a table rather than attempting a walk in at the weekend.

Another great meal at Cote Brasserie Oxford. My 11 year old coeliac son was well catered for - numerous gluten-free choices, knowledgeable staff, and clearly labelled GF food to eliminate potential confusion during service. Service was warm, friendly and accomodating. A really lovely evening.

Brilliant steak. My father massively enjoyed the fish stew too and as I put it was my birthday when booking the table, we all received an apertif which was very nice. Service was perfect and overall a good birthday dinner.

Another Cotes ticked off. All have been consistent. Good food and good service at an affordable price. Service here was possibly faster here. Very attentitive staff. Really popular if numbers were to go on. Fully booked on a Friday night and a party of at least 14 to deal with. Exceptionally good service.

As always we really enjoyed our meal at Côte Oxford. The staff are lovely , the restaurant was full of customers heading off to the theatre. Good job!

Excellent complimentary cocktail. The Veal escalope was very good, but needs to be served with more than just water cress. Fries are cheap to produce and the profit margin is also good .

Very enjoyable experience, staff very attentive and knowledgeable , good value for money pork Belly was cooked to perfection and my wife had the Halibut that was served puy lentils and well cooked vegetables all excellent.
