Lovely to be back at Cote! As always, excellent food and friendly service.

Pleased to see Cote again open in Parsons Green- an intimate pleasant atmosphere with pleasant most delightful staff.

First outing to a restaurant since beginning of lockdown. Parsons Green is our Cote of choice. Didn't disappoint, moules and frites and chicken and frites - delish. Enhanced by the fabulous Emily who looked after us brilliantly. It's good to be back!

All round a good evening the staff were friendly and helpful

Overall well spaced. Food and wine good. But neighbours noisy!

The dinner was a voucher present and we really enjoyed it. The prices seemed reasonable for the quality of food and both the waiter and the head of front of house were both superb, with the perfect mix of attentiveness, guidance on both food and wine and making us feel welcome. I have only very rarely eaten at Cote before and from this experience I will do much more regularly. A job well done

I got your email while I was still in the restaurant enjoying my lunch. You shouldn’t send the emails out so early. It is irritating.

We were delighted to be able to return to Côte in Parsons Green after such a long enforced absence. we missed the good food, the warm welcome and the inviting atmosphere that is present in many Côte branches but especially in this one, 10 minutes from our home. While we had enjoyed Côte at Home during the Lock-down and will probably continue to order from it, sitting at a table with crisp linen napkins, a warm baguette and olives and a bottle of Lagarde Rouge gives that special touch that's hard to reproduce at home.

So happy this restaurant is open again. We had a really lovely lunch and enjoyed the complimentary cocktail. The staff as always where friendly and professional. Our only disappointment was not having the familiar Cote daily menu but understand this is in accordance with distancing regulations in the kitchen. Thankfully we are getting back to some sort of NORMAL. Many thanks

Fantastic! Our waitress was wonderful and extremely helpful. She went out of her way to ensure there was no egg in the dishes we ordered (my daughter is allergic) and kept the flow of the evening discreet and perfectly timed. Thank you!

Really good as always - and reliable. I go to Cote as I trust them - unlike some places that are nearer. Unusually the mussels I ordered were not up to standard. The server swopped them instantly for a steak - and took the glass of wine off my bill. How can one better that?

Food and service good as always, only disappointed that the spinach and mushroom crepes weren’t on the menu. Hope this is a temporary omission and not the 'new normal'!

We were welcomed so nicely, the atmosphere was pleasant, the decor was elegant, i have to say Christian the waiter is an absolute credit to you; he has an outstanding sense of politeness ,attention, efficiency and is still very warm and personable. We seldom have really good floor staff in the uk and his professionalism stood out to me. The bacon was a touch on the hard side, and my sister commented to me the her fruit juice was a just on the turn and slightly fizzy but we were too busy enjoying our family time to bother about it. So all in all positive

I am a regular customer at the Parson Green and the Chiswick restaurants and I have never been disappointed. The food is good, the service is always perfect. Prices are very reasonable. I think it would be great if you added some additional "special" items to make the menu more varied. Possibly not now, because the situation is still not normal.

Great to have you back. I last came here the week before lockdown and then we were all distancing before we knew what social distancing was. It doesn’t disappoint.

Service excellent, welcoming, friendly, attentive. Food quality slightly behind most cote (steak not pink, beef bourguignon warm not hot) but overall lovely meal.

Great to see our local Cote Brasserie open again. The menu was shorter, but this wasn’t a problem as most of our favourites were there (although did miss the creme brûlée!). The staff were in great spirits and the atmosphere was pre-Covid (in a good, socially-distanced way). Thanks for re-opening.

Excellent dinner with very good service and Amazing atmosphere .

Absolutely dreadful! Baked Crotin as starter,stone cold and much too salty. Cheese burger to follow after a long wait.Hamburger cold,fries again far too salty . The bun is ridiculous for a hamburger,a very hard crusty roll. Could not squash the roll and I demonstrated to the manager could not possibly fit hamburger into my mouth. Too much relish inside the bun and another pot of re Ish on the side why? My wife ordered the pork belly with gratin potatoes and Savoy cabbage,all stone cold and inedible. My wife sent this back. We have been married for 26 years and this is the first time she ever sent food back. My son who is 23 and eats anything loin chops very fatty and full of grizzle on a bed of peas horrible. Even the saucisson sec I tried chewing a piece around 100 times and then surrendered. I used to say Cote was the only good restaurant chain out there but what has happened. Probably the worst restaurant experience ever.

Just so wonderful to be back. Kudos to staff for coping with all the extra work. Dropped a star for my favourite main course being absent from the menu, but otherwise excellent. We’ll be back.

So good you’re open everything and everyone was perfect all very professional in this present climate. The staff were so friendly and helpful.
